Services
What is required to setup and use online payments? Online payments are either electronic checks or credit card transactions. For E-Check you need an active checking or saving accounts Routing and Account numbers to setup the service. For Credit Card you need an active credit card with an available balance to cover the charge.
Rent checks may be mailed to Trust Properties, however it must be postmarked no later than on the 2nd of the month. Tenants may pay rent online through the Tenant Portal for free via check. Be aware there is a fee if you pay with Debit or Credit Card. Rent paid by check or money order may be dropped off at the front reception area.
We serve the Las Cruces and surrounding area, Please contact us to verify your home is in our service area. Our commission is a percentage of gross rent received, If we don't collect the rent, we don't get paid. Handle the entire eviction process, court appearance, and process server without any cost to you (except court fees).
We offer a variety of Non-Contractual Services if you manage your own property and just need a little help. Evictions includes court, process server, Sheriff, tenant removal, securing home, and associated paperwork. Home Inspections a more involved property inspection including pictures of interior & exterior and a property walk through.

And expected exactly what I got from you in response. I was stating that up front to acknowledge it. It has zero to do with the quality of my rating of your establishment. Thanks.

Run away from this company especially if you are a owner. They do not have your best interest in mind. Angela failed to inform us of issues with our property. She failed to communicate the break in lease by the previous tenants and rented our house for a year without consulting us.

I genuinely don’t understand how they are still in business by the way they treat potential tenants. Angela Potter is extremely unprofessional and rude. No matter how cooperative and polite I was because I was desperate for the house at the time, she would talk down on me and disrespect me for no reason. She made very rude and insulting remarks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY.

We lived in a Trust home for 4 years. It was the perfect home and location at the perfect price. You can really find great properties through them and Angela and Patrick were really nice and easy to work with. We had no problems with them and got almost the entirety of our deposit back when we moved out. I would highly suggest them as landlords for young professionals!

Stay away. When I returned the move in checklist the owner was incredibly rude. We’ve now moved out and only received approximately $250 back from our $1020 security deposit, with them claiming an ungodly amount for cleaning fees, landscaping fees, and a missing ice bucket. The landscaping was cared for during our time living in the house and was actually a mess when we first moved in. There never was an ice bucket. We also moved out before our lease was up because we found new renters to move in. We were told we would be refunded and that final month would be pro-rated (moved out the 18th).

We moved in from out of state back in February. Now that we have been here almost a year, I can honestly say im thrilled with Trust Property management. They are very responsive to maintenance, easy to get ahold of, easy to work with. Crystal and Angela have been very helpful the whole time. We are still living here, so we dont have anything to speak of when it comes to move outs. When the time does come to move, Im confident working with them will be just as easy.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR 30 ON EVEN APPLYING TO THEIR PROPERTIES!!! I received an email this morning saying that I was approved for the apt I applied for and to call her to schedule a viewing. When I called to get a viewing of the apt, Angela then told me she couldn't proceed with my approval because child support is not considered an income. Are you kidding me? I had viewings for THREE places yesterday and all approved child support as income. I have to report child support as income as a requirement in NM. She was then VERY VERY rude telling me, "Well idk what to tell you." She then tried really quickly

Angela Potter is awesome! She is professional, courteous, and cares about her tenants. Her and her team are extremely prompt, responsive, and no issue is too great! Cannot recommend enough, Angela and her team are an excellent property management group. Trust Properties is aptly named! Their tenant portal is excellent as well: you can pay rent, put in maintenance requests, and view documents such as your lease right from the web site or via the app available for your phone.

I rented with trust for a year and a half. I would definitely rent with them again. My maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly. Although I was in an older and non upgraded apartment my appliances worked and any problems I had were fixed within a very reasonable time, and they accommodated my schedule. Angela is very easy to reach and speak with. When looking for a new (bigger) place I wanted to stick with them, but unfortunately nothing available fit our needs. Upon moving out they were understanding with stuff I had left outdoors and worked with me as I had to get it removed slowly
