I am extremely dissapointed by the lack of professionalism provided by a realtor that showed us the Arrowhead property today and this entire property management company. This company requires the inquirer to pay for the credit/background check prior to even seeing the property, and then if you like the property then they will run your information, And then acquiring the property is dependent on your place in line and the credit score of people ahead of you. So if you have less than a 670 then don’t waist your time. they weren’t clear on their exact requirements until we had already waited a

Rented from this company from April, 2013 to May, 2017. This rental company may not be the worst in town, but they are certainly below-average. We had multiple work orders that took months to complete. Our A/C went out every June that we lived there. Customer service was terrible, and that was when we were able to get in touch with them. I had many employees sell me on the, "I haven't been working here long" or "I don't normally handle this side of the business" multiple times. We installed a new ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms at our own expenese. When we moved out they charged us $75.00 because
