Taunton Plaza has a new Property Manager Edla! Edla's professionalism coupled by her willingness to assist, along with her patience makes her a pleasure to communicate with. Very astute and well spoken. I recently assisted a family member move into Taunton Plaza, her assistance was appreciated.

Any time my mother has an issue, I call and I never can get a live person. I always have to leave a message. I do and they do not get back to you promptly.
3 years later... still having issues. They never answer. They changed the thermostat about 3 years ago and every winter my mother complaints because it gets so cold. I always call, someone showed up and " fixed it" but it is not working. It is 10 degrees outside and her apartment is registering 64 and it's freezing.
This is a section 8 apartment building, where do I call to file a complaint?

Too many rules that are a bit on the ridiculous side(like not being able to smoke (even prescription marajuina)in your own home). Too many nosy neighbors. Rude office manager. Hardly any kind of a parking lot if you have a car. People drive extremely fast down the street and go the wrong way even though it has been turned into a ONE WAY.
Kids and the elderly can get seriously hurt walking across the street.
The good things are there is a bus stop right outside. Family Dollar is really close.
