Services
During my previous career as a captain, I was ultimately responsible for all functions of a ship's systems, and the safety of all crew and passengers aboard. As a supremely detail oriented person, and one who places safety above all else, it was my nature as well as my role to ensure complete readiness and functionality of the vessel before getting underway.
As a potential or current home owner, you may have questions about certain components and systems in a house. I will arrive at the house and examine individual systems for an hourly rate. This option allows the client to choose specific systems and can save them money in return. Often, a potential buyer will order a pre-inspection consultation before bidding on a new property in a competitive multiple-offer market.

We have used RW West for the purchase of 3 homes. I have used other inspection companies, as well.
By far, they are the most thorough, responsive, and professional. They take their time, answer all questions, and are very courteous and pleasant throughout the whole process.
Our last inspection was performed by Gui. He arrived early, and provided a super-detailed, thorough report!

We were purchasing our home out of state and were so happy with our experience in choosing RW West Inspections! We've know Ron West for app. 25+ years and the Customer Experience has always been lst Class. He does what he said he'd do and his reports are very well done. We had him do our personal home when we bought in Aug of 2015 and again this week as a maintenance awareness test. I highly recommend Ron West and his team to anyone that needs an inspection!
