Gates haven’t worked most of the time we’ve lived here. Trash stays piled up at the compactor Bc it never works. Lawn care nonexistent….we pay $300 for these “luxury” things ….at some point it needs to be prorated but no. They made sure to say in the lease these things aren’t promised to work but it’s a requirement to keep paying for it. Pool is… randomly closed, usually on weekends and holidays when it would get the most use. Residents who don’t even live here are at the pool having parties. People living here who aren’t on the

I was super excited while talking to Sarai! She was extremely helpful and very kind! Even though we wont be able to move in with this company due to the units in our price range being taken I greatly appreciate how sweet and detailed she was! If we end up moving to a new place in the future ill be keeping this in mind!!

Generally nice apartment complex, but management unwilling or unable to use common sense to show appreciation to good, loyal tenants. Lived here more than two and a half years, renewing lease twice, but then had to move less than two months before end of lease due to buying a house. Had to pay one-and-a-half month's rent penalty for leaving less than two months early (with 60 days notice!). Paid all rent and penalty, thoroughly cleaned apartment and turned it over 12 days early, allowing landlord to re-rent it that much sooner. Management response was to tell me I had to keep utilities in my name

In 213 days I will enter a new phase of life - retirement. I will be sad to leave the place I have called home for the last 3,380 days. It's the longest I've ever lived in one place. I've read some of the negative comments posted here, but every problem listed was addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Wherever you live things are going to happen and the true test is how the situation is handled. I've been 100% satisfied for over 9 years. I will really miss this community, sanctuary,......home.

DON'T DO IT!!!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! This place was really nice at first, but has turned into section 8 housing basically. Trash compactor is constantly broken, so there is a literal TRASH MOUNTAIN in the front of the complex. The gate never works. They will deny conversations with you, so record your conversation yourself if you speak to them. They will not do anything about noise complaints. Shotty maintenance work. Staff is very nice, but very incompetent. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.

Everyone in the leasing office is extremely helpful. All of the ladies I spoke with were happy to answer all of my questions during my move-in and Hope even sent me a follow up email to see how everything was going. Not long after I moved in, I had a minor maintenance issue, but the maintenance crew took care of it right away. The staff is very detail oriented and they get things done in a timely manner. Really glad I decided to make this my place my home!
