A pool & spa inspection includes an examination of the accessible parts of a pool or a spa. This is a visual inspection, which means that no components will be dismantled during the process. Scott was amazing!!! I needed an inspector ASAP!! I called a Friday at 4:30 p.m. and I needed an inspector Sunday at 11:00 a.m. in Borrego Springs!!! Scott was early and had an amazing energy. Sean was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. He stayed for several hours in a fairly small house and squeezed deep into a crawl space and attic that lesser inspectors might have deemed inaccessible. He walked us through each issue that he uncovered and we left feeling confident in our understanding of the big and the small things we need to address. He provided his final report by email within an hour of completing the inspection. We will call Sean if we ever have the need for an inspection again!
