The jewel box is locally owned business with top notch customer service. I have never met anyone as nice and courtesy as the workers in any establishment. Their prices are unbeatable compared to the mall that's for sure! Strongly encourage to support their business!

Changed the battery in my Tag while I waited. They were nicest people and I enjoyed our conversation which made the wait much shorter. I won't use anyone else. Thank you!

I went into the store this morning. No one greeted or acknowledged my presence. There were 2 other Caucasian gentlemen there, and they were being served. I stood for the about 10 minutes, and then I left. No one even tried to stop me and ask what I needed. I will never, ever go back to this place. By the way, I am an African American, female.

They are the best. I needed a watch battery in an older watch and they said no problem. I went next door to the grocery and came back and the watch was ready. Great service

Nice selection of watches, especially the case of vintage watches. May have to come back for the seiko, if they don't sell it first. The Ladies that worked there were very helpful, very friendly, and very professional. Will definitely go back

I have been a regular customer of The Jewel Box for a few years now. The staff is incredibly nice, informative, patient, and respectful, and I feel very comfortable taking my watches there for service and repair, as well as buying watches from them. In addition, last year they helped my mother find a ring that she really loved. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and my mother and I visited the store twice to think through the appropriate selection. I can't speak highly enough of the service here.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Large selection of antique jewelry which I'm a huge fan of. Their always willing to help. You can also get your watches fixed here.

I've had a necklace that I recently broke and have been avoiding fixing. I finally decided to get it fixed and brought it in to the Jewel Box on a Saturday afternoon.

I was quickly helped when I walked in the store and my necklace was fixed in only 10 minutes for a reasonable price! 5 stars for outstanding customer service. Will be back for any further jewelry repairs.

The Jewel Box is a local jeweler found in the Mid-City Mall. This venerable establishment has been in business for more than 30 years. I have come here on a number of occasions to have my watch battery replaced, which they do for a very good price and most recently to have a gasket repaired. The will replace your watch battery while you wait, more extensive work is sent to be repaired off site. I have always had a good experience and been happy with the results. My Concord watch battery is in need of a replacement. I called and went around to inquiry about the cost. Since it's a $1,500 watch, I got quoted as high as $450 for the battery replacement with a 5-year warranty. It's totally absurd!! The lowest was $45, but at The Jewel Box, I got it replaced for $12!!! They did it within ten minutes. I'm a one happy camper. =)

The ladies there were extremely nice, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place if you're in need of a watch battery change.
