Services
Aesthetics in Jewelry was founded in 1976 by James Jackson (Jimmy the Jeweler). He was born in New Albany, Indiana, grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, and has lived in New London, Connecticut, and Kennewick, Washington, but now resides in Louisville, Kentucky. Following a six year service in the United States Navy Nuclear Power Program, Jim moved to Kennewick, Washington as a nuclear reactor operator.
We adjust the size of your ring to fit properly. Even eternity bands with stones all of the way around can be sized. For customers with enlarged knuckles or those with fluctuating swelling problems we offer a number of solutions for a proper comfortable fit. If you are snagging clothing, have a bent prong or loose stone we can advise you during your semi-annual checkup of the necessary action to fix it.

Love the folks at Aesthetic in Jewelry! They made a beautiful mother’s ring for me and left room to add in the new grandbabies. Just picked it up with #4s birthstone.
