I have always enjoyed working with Jordan, his wife, Jessica, Joe, and his staff. The pieces I have acquired there have been exquisite, high quality, and very fairly priced. After a robbery at our home a few years ago, I purchased all of my replacement jewelry as well as new pieces from Jordan. And I will continue to do so—he keeps a wish list for me! The bonus is that this is a local, Louisville store!!!

Hands down Jordan Clines is the best jeweler in Louisville. I went engagement ring shopping at 2 other local places and Shane Co. I had the best experience with Jordan. He did not ever make me feel pressured to make a decision and suggested clarity and color options that made sense. I worked directly with Jordan to pick out my diamond and have the ring custom made. 100% recommend getting an engagement ring from him.

I rarely write reviews, but Jordan Clines provided a five star product, expertise, and customer service that far exceeded my high expectations. I went to Jordan and his team knowing next to nothing about jewelry with a photo of an antique style engagement ring I had hoped to get made for my soon-to-be fiancé. Jordan and everyone that works there made me feel like family when helping me pick out an engagement ring. I knew very little about diamonds or shapes coming in, and they took the time to be patient explaining every detail; I felt like an expert walking out. The prices were very fair compared to other jewelers I had been to, but they really earned my business with how genuinely they treated me and their custom ring settings. Not only did Jordan make me feel welcome and comfortable, he treated me with respect as well. He is very knowledgeable, but what sets him apart from other jewelers is his honesty. You can be knowledgeable; however, if you are dishonest then why should potential customers want to do business with you? Knowledgeable, trustworthy, relaxed, and honest are words that sum up Jordan Clines. I will only do business here in regards to jewelry! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend
