I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) with the REBAC Council of National Association of Realtors. I am also a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB). I am responsible for recruiting, training and coaching my agents to meet the highest expectations of our clients. The CRB designation is only held by 3% of all Realtors which is more likely to attract and contribute to relocation and referral business.
We have extensive experience in successful listing and sales of homes in the greater Knoxville area in all price ranges, in all market conditions. We also have considerable knowledge in the sales and marketing of new construction homes and condominiums. We are available at any time to provide advice and counseling to builders, developers, and consumers on marketing trends.
