If you are looking for a highly trained and experienced orthodontist in the Harlem area, you have come to the right place. At our practice, you will receive the highest quality treatment. Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. A comprehensive oral exam will be performed and we will give you professional recommendations regarding your orthodontic care. We will inform you if any treatment is needed, what type of treatment is available, when your treatment would start, and an estimated treatment time.
Dental emergencies occur when you least expect them. When a dental emergency occurs, the most important aspect of handling the emergency is to have your child brought to our office as soon as possible. Should your child complain of a toothache, have them rinse their mouth copiously with warm salt water to flush out any debris that may have accumulated.
Since the onset of water fluoridation more than 50 years ago, the American Dental Association has continued to regard water fluoridation as the number one tool available to prevent dental caries. Scientific research has continually found it to be both a safe and effective method of strengthening teeth.
Invisalign(R) is comfortable. No metal brackets or wires to cause mouth irritation, and less time in the dentist's chair getting adjustments. The Invisalign(R) process has been proven effective in clinical research and in orthodontic practices nationwide. However, only a certified dentist like ours can undertake this procedure.

I have been reluctant to write this review. But, after my whirlwind experience at 125th street braces, I think everyone should be aware of what to expect.
I will preface this by saying the office staff and the orthodontist are awesome. However there is a level of unprofessionalism and disorganization that needs to be addressed. Not to mention the office manager/accountant Devika Pertab is incompetent and unprofessional to put it nicely.
I came to the office in January 2020 for a consult as a transfer patient. At that time, there was a woman orthodontist. She looked at my teeth for less than five

This office is really good. Their services are exceptional. They explain everything clearly and the doctor is so polite and accommodating. Better yet, they accept my insurance and even though my other child’s plan did not approve him, the negotiated a very flexible payment plan. Highly recommended

The staff are very helpful. The Doctor is very nice with all her patients. She was very detailed with what she will do for my treatment. The assistants are very welcoming and answer all my questions. The receptionist helped me find an affordable price that I can afford and offer monthly payment plans.

They are always polite, but staff could be a bit more professional. I go up to the desk to check, there are 3 people behind desk. 1 lady on computer, 2 people eating and on the phone. I ask the 2 people, "is this where I check in" no response, and I get ignored. So I move over to the lady on the computer and ask her, is this where I check in? She responds with "Name"? I should be greeted once entering, not being ignored when I come to the desk, and have to finally get some sort of response on the 3rd employee. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Customer service and patient comfort should

I had a terrible experience. i made my appointment on a mon-tue (cant remeber) with a girl- she was very quiet on the phone but that wasnt a big problem for me. when i got there the front desk girl (i dont know her name but long black hair/ hispanic) just took my name and told me to "sit" with attiude i sat and waited for what seemed like forever - then the doc saw me and she had the meaniest face but was very informal about what would be done- when i went to the front desk she just seemed like she didnt know what sh e was tlking about at ALLLLL it was like it was her first day on the

Very slow, always over book themselves. Also leave people braces on extra long for more money. I have had mine on for 4 years and when I ask a question they seem to brush it off or tell me "no" . However when I got braces my teeth were not that bad and every check up they barely do any work so I have to keep coming back and pushing how long I'm going to have them on .

They give a discount for adult braces and they seem like nice people. However they have a tendency to over book themselves pushing peoples appointments back. Also don't really talk to people so their all in your mouth not telling you want they are doing or why. So make sure you ask questions maybe they will learn to communicate better.
