For whatever reason, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist which makes it difficult for me even walk into a dentist office. However, I am thrilled to have found Dentistry by Design! The staff, particularly Jen, is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE; so kind, welcoming, funny and positive. Although I will never be “excited” to go to the dentist, I am certainly excited to finally have a smile I’m proud of because of the incredible crew. Thank you team!!

I have been going to Dentistry by Design for several years and have always been treated wonderfully, but I was still very nervous about bringing my toddler in for the first time. Betty did such an amazing job making him feel comfortable. Not a tear was shed and he's spent the last day telling everyone how much fun the dentist is. I cannot recommend them enough!

I called because I was have cold sensitivity on my tooth. I was scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was seen within minutes of arriving. Aroma therapy candles are always burning which smell so good. The hygienist asked about my symptoms. The dentist came in took a look, gave his opinion and discussed several options. He was encouraging a more conservative approach and not jumping I to a crown or other dental work. Took a lot of time discussing teeth and sensitivity and we decided on trying a sensitive toothpaste as a first step. Sounds good to me!! Told me to check back if this didn’t

I have been a patient at this office about 4 years now, I feel so comfortable with the office staff, they treat you like "family".
Everyone is so nice and they deal with your every concern professionally and respectfully.
The nicest dentist too, they're thorough, gentle and explain everything they do. I will to continue to come to this office even if I move across town

My hygienist is fantastic! Shannon is personable and professional and is sensitive and knowledgeable to those of us with sensitive teeth while cleaning them! Quick in and out in under an hour with a thorough cleaning, x-rays, bite splint cleaned, doc visit and follow up scheduled!! She even sent me home with new toothpaste to try and recommendations for an electric tooth brush!

Some of the substitute technicians can be quite abrasive sometimes, while the usual girls seem much gentler. The dentists are wonderful & reception team is great! Always let you know what kind of bill to expect on your next visit & always have a smile on their face:) although I feel like I must’ve had the same teeth worked on a few times (either from here or from my previous dentist), they’re a wonderful team!
