Unsatisfactory communication.
Was promised carpet shampooing after water heater leaks and having to have big fans to dry up the mess and lease renewal. No follow up nor has the work order been completed as promised numerous times. Communication is lacking. Was charged for extra charges for several months and it was an overlook on the staff end- had to wait to get a refund applied to put account with out interest accrued in there error. Make sure you review your contracts and payments.

If you are looking for a new apartment you have to visit legacy Village. I was helping my daughter search for a first time home. We happen to just drive up and the community is beautiful!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. While I drove around the apartment it was so clean. We stopped in the office and Robert was so easy to work with. He took time to speak with us and listen to find out what was important for my daughters new apartment. Before we ever let the office we were able to complete the application online and secure the apartment. My daughter is so excited to get moved in and start her

I am in search of a one bedroom apartment home for an asap move-in so I stopped in at Legacy Village to hope they had one available for me. I was toured with a lady named Sabrina. I hope I spelled that right. She showed me her model apartment home. I fell in love with the lady and gentleman that were in the office and I felt as if I were treated as a king. I was offered a drink and snack. I love the space that the apartment home had to offer. I have never been asked so many questions on a tour. Which made me feel really heard. I decided that I would stop by Legacy Village to look for a new apartment. I pulled in and could not believe that an apartment complex could be so clean. I opened the office door and walked in and could not believe how beautiful it was. I was greeted by two ladies that where so nice and professional. I was able to view different floorplans and take a drive through the property. While driving the property I met the two maintenance guys which were so nice and provided a ton of information as well about the property. I hope they get something available for June as I really would like to live there

I have enjoyed living at Legacy Village for 3 years. If you are looking for a great apartment and wonderful place to live this is for you. Miss. Sabrina in the office is great and helped us find out apartment home quickly when our house sold. The maintenance team is great they are quick to respond and correct any problems. I have never seen another place that is kept as clean as here.

We are searching for my mother a new home close to our family. We have driven several place to see if we could find a perfect place. I drove around a couple times before going to the office and I was waived at by so many different people. There were several people that smiled and it made me feel so welcome. I went to the office and a lady named Anisa met with me. She was so welcoming and cheerful. I know my mother will love it here. We are so excited to get her settled in
