Don’t move here. If for no reason other than to avoid the maintenance crew. They are disrespectful and retaliate if they get offended, which apparently happens super easily. I say this with all sincerity, I get more respect from children that could also probably do a better job at repairs. A shameful staff whose large egos are not to be compared with the other parts of them that are without a doubt VERY small.

I will be moving to the complex in November. I am moving from out of state and could not be more pleased with the service I have received so far from the staff at The Standard Apartments. My application was approved so quickly and Shannon was very kind and professional. She was very good to answer all of my questions. I look forward to meeting her in person as well as the other staff. I am sure that I will be very happy there!!

Worst rental I have ever had. We had black mold inside are bedroom and all they did was put a humidifier in the room which did not work and told them multiple times we were not resigning are lease and gave them written notice that they somehow lost and said we had to keep paying then when we left do not move here

I love this complex. The grounds are so great for getting out and walking. I have seen deer in the early morning while walking my dogs. The dog park is huge! The apt is beautiful. I love the high ceilings and upgraded kitchen. I hear very little from inside my apt. They are very soundproofed. Is that a word? Lol. The location is amazing. So close to the interstate and my grandsons schools and restaurants. 5 stars definitely recommend:)

My fiancé, Austin, moved in here almost a year ago! Moving is very stressful, especially when you don’t have a perfect credit score. He was looking for a nice place for himself and his small daughter that could also be a starter home once we were married. The ladies in the office made his tour, move in and current time here more than enjoyable. The maintenance guys are all very friendly and speak to you every time they see you outside. I spend a lot of time here as we are about to be married next year and I would totally approve of staying here until we buy our first home.

We have lived at The Standard for almost a year now. We had some unforeseen circumstances that caused us to need to find a new home ASAP. We applied on a Thursday and had everything finalized and we were moving in Friday afternoon. It was a very stressful time for our family and Natalie, in the front office, did such a wonderful job working with us. We enjoy living here and are happy to say we have just renewed our lease for another year. We look forward to our next year here. We recommend moving here if ever looking for an apartment.

I have lived here for 4+ years and couldn’t be happier. The staff is always so kind and fast to resolve any issues. The maintenance guys are friendly and respond to inquiries fast. Natalie and Shannon in the office are amazing and are always smiling. The community is very well maintained and I love going for walks around our little park.

Great living experience here. Quiet and well kept. Only complaint, even though it is a small one, is the bright football stadium like street lights. They are so bright at night that my black out curtains don't block it all out. If I had the choice, I would use warmer colored street lights like you see in most neighborhoods.
