Owners Sergio and Karen started their first food truck together in 2017 with a vision of introducing Yucatan Mayan Cuisine to our community. I have Yucatan in my heart and soul, everywhere I go and in everything I do. I wanted people to know more about my culture and our delicious food. We use traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation, from Merida, Yucatan while adding our own Bay Area twist!

Fried handmade corn tortilla stuffed with pureed black beans and topped with your choice of protein. Two traditional Yucatan tamales mixed with pork and chicken, steamed to perfection in banana leaves. Topped with tomato sauce and pickled onions. Got this at golden gate park looking for a little snack before seeing some lights. I sorely underestimated the how delicious and large of a portion I would be getting. Absolutely loved their elote tots. Perfect for a cool evening and so delicious. We finished every bite it was so good. If you see this food truck definitely grab a bite or two.

First of all, maybe you should get a more pleasant person taking the orders. And if he can't hear what you're saying... turn down the radio! Then when you ask for an opinion on the food, your worker should have an opinion. Not, "I don't know. I don't eat it." Really!?!?!?
But when I did get my tacos they were very flavorful. Burrito could have been warmer but was good.

One of my favorite foods to eat when in the city! Customer service has been nothing short of excellent. Food has been so fresh and flavorful every single time. Specialty items have a lot of creativity and effort put into them. You must try the Panuchos with cochinita (pork) or asada (beef). Heck, even the chicken is on point!
