I have been to many gyms, crossfit centers and different weight loss groups and nothing comes close to KFIT. This is a shame free environment where you feel empowered and equipped to take care of your body (and mind), while surrounded by the most supportive and hilarious women. No mirrors, no comparing or self doubt. Put the excuses aside, treat yo self and sign up. You will not regret it. 👌
