Inspired by the desire to change people's lives, Carlos left an established career in Information Technology to pursue his ever-growing love for fitness, health and wellness. An avid fitness enthusiast, himself, Carlos has participated in many types of fitness competitions including road races, triathlons, local CrossFit competitions and long distance biking events.

Our group classes are 45 minutes and offered multiple times per day to fit many types of schedules.
Our class packages are ideal for individuals who want the freedom to join a class every so often without having to pay a membership. Ideal for people who travel often or individuals who mix and match gyms, class packages give you the option to join a class and use class passes as you go. Our class packages expire 1 year after purchase.

Best gym I’ve ever belonged to. The workouts are TOUGH, but the HIIT model is great because you’re changing what you’re doing every minute or 2, and the trainers give many variations for whatever fitness level you’re at. Plus, workouts are only about 40 mins that goes by quickly. It’s a supportive, friendly, motivating environment (not cult-y and aggressive as crossfit can be) that makes me want to come to class. The instructors are just great—personable and helpful—and every class is different. Members are a wide range of ages (I’m 53) & fitness levels, and pretty evenly split

I took a 7pm class on a Thursday for 45 minutes. Oh my gosh. You know you're getting a good workout when you're making ugly faces throughout it 😂 I was sore for a good week! I love how you don't even have to think about your workouts. Just go, everything is planned, listen to good music, and you're done! I felt more accomplished here than i've ever felt going to a gym. Def worth it!

If you’re looking for an awesome workout and haven’t tried this gym yet, it’s a must! The 45 minute classes are wonderful. They will definitely challenge you — in the best way! Carlos comes up with dynamic and difficult workouts that will leave you feeling strong. I’ve been a member here for just over a year and never regret showing up!

I wanted to try this gym out for at least a month before giving my honest review. Now that I’m going on my second month I must share. This gym is EVERYTHING. I’ve never been a person who’s looked forward to working out until I joined HIIT core fitness. The coaches are amazing and the gym is really big and super clean . As someone who was new to weight lifting, I was a little bit nervous my first few days. Carlos, the owner is so great at explaining proper form and making sure he takes his time out to show you how to correct your form if you are doing something incorrect. I’ve taken both

I loveee loveeeee loveee it! I have always been that girl to jump from Gym to Gym. I get tired easily and just give up! However, HIITCore change that feeling for me, it’s that one hour I get the best workout in the world but enjoy it at the same time! I always have a good time! It has become part of my life I don’t questioned going to the gym anymore! It’s actually that one hour I release all my stress and feel good about myself! Everything about this gym is amazing, especially the small classes with very knowledgeable trainers. They will push you to your max and always have incredibly tough and effective workouts planned. This is the only gym I've ever looked forward to going to in my life and I've never been so sore in such a good way.

Now this is my kind of workout! I've been going to HIITCore since the beginning of August and I've been feeling absolutely great after every workout.
There's variety in the workouts and with the small class sizes you don't have to worry about not having enough equipment. Incorporating kettle/bar/dumbbells, Ski-Ergs, Rowers, Sleds, sprints, rings, and bodyweight exercises, you'll feel the burn!
I'm personally not a fan of packed gyms so I like that if I can't make a class I can always book into Open Gym and do my own thing.

I figured I'd wait until I've been going for a while before posting a review, and now I feel like I have enough experience to weigh in (pun intended). When I first went in to check out the facility (before it had officially opened), there were a few things that were attractive to me as prospective member--namely the quality and quantity of the equipment, the thoughtful set-up of the gym/changing rooms/etc., and the overall attention to detail regarding member experience. Hiitcore is amazing!! The trainers are hands down awesome. The members are a pleasure to come workout with and super clean gym. Hiitcore offers not just one on ones, group classes, a kids program and birthday parties. Highly recommend this gym. Since joining I feel I am seem amazing improvements in my 2019 goals
