I definitely recommend this clinic! They were able to get my injured cat in as soon as I called first thing in the morning and did surgery on the same day! The staff is extremely friendly and showed that. Bring Spot or Fluffy to Oak Grove Animal Clinic and let us take care of all his or her needs.

Do not go here!! They obviously do not care about pets well being!!!
Called today because my puppy has an oozing infected surgery site and yelping in pain.. he just sat on the phone and didn’t say a word, had to ask if he could help me since they offer “24 hour emergency service “ nope!! He said to go to either Blue Pearl which is not a good place either or the one up north.. also it’s currently snowing and bad roads! Just absolutely ridiculous!

They nearly let my friends dog die and lose her puppies when they hung up on them over the weekend. After confirming they were available for an emergency C section if needed. So completely unprofessional and clearly not worried about the health of the pup or her puppies as a vet??! Thankfully they were able to find a true professional just in time 🙏🏼.

Critical: Professionalism
Dr Neal is an absolutely horrible person to go to, refused my service and told me to get my meds checked after I was worried about my pet, she was having babies and needed help(French bulldog). He didn’t care if my pet was going to die, then hung the phone up on me 3 times.
