My name is Chris Tolp, and I am very excited for the opportunity to assist you in achieving your fitness goals! Please take a moment to read my bio. I know you are anxious to get started creating a new body, so I kept it very brief. Having been in the fitness industry for twenty five years, I have been a certified personal trainer since 1996.
My client centered one-on-one private training sessions are by far the most effective in terms of producing rapid, goal specific results. There is no "virtual" program in the world that can replicate what a talented, qualified, experienced personal trainer can do, regardless of the goal. In my private fitness studio, you and I will sit down for a consultation that will last approximately 20 minutes.
My fun and exciting Dynamic Human groups are a unique total body conditioning program for men and women. This program is focused on a wide variety of athletic, human, and animal based movements, infused with strength and cardiovascular intervals. My classes are essentially group personal training sessions that allow me to ensure all of my clients are getting 100% of my attention, executing proper exercise form and working at their maximum level.

During Covid I gained 30 pounds, lacked confidence and struggled from anxiety. I worked with Chris who came up with my meal plan and workout plan. During the last several months I lost 33 lbs, gained confidence and have been able to stop my anxiety meds. Chris provides you everything you need to get the results you want and then some! Its been an year since our family moved and Oh boy, do we miss Chris and his classes.. Absolutely!! If you are in need of a fitness routine that you want to hold yourself accountable to and also get reasonable results with a no nonsense approach, please sign up with Chris. He is one of the best out there and you will certainly not find a professional trainer so easily. To start out, the classes would sound expensive, they are indeed not. We sign up at other places for variety and childcare and what not. We take a more variety for less as a good thing.. but you will realize after signing up with

I have been a loyal member for many years now and can’t say enough amazing things about Isotolp fitness. I have never belonged to a gym before where you felt like family walking through the door. The amount of motivation and support you get from your peers and Chris is one of a kind. His classes and nutrition plans are uniquely designed to get you results and they do!!! Over 3 years ago, I decided to get serious about my health and fitness. Up until then I had tried pretty much everything (running groups, exercise classes, fad diets, etc). The Dynamic Human classes, personal training, small group training, and specialty classes are truly one of kind and have been hands down life changing for me. I'm a firm believer that results create value. At Isotolp, I've not only found results, but also a family to help me achieve and sustain them. Chris is an intelligent trainer. He understands the mechanics of the human body and trains in such a way to achieve maximum results without the bull-headed, "The more you hurt, the better you've done" mentality. I tried to sustain my results on my own outside of Isotolp and nothing could compare. I happily will be a client of Isotolp as long as I am physically in the same area.

Our Trainer, Chris designs sessions to hit every muscle group of our body with strengthening and cardiovascular training. He allows us to attend unlimited classes within our fitness levels. When it comes to his fitness programs, his creativity and innovation is endless. As a 61 year old woman, I have thoroughly enjoyed his program for the past 4 years. During that time, Chris has helped me become healthier, and I am in much better condition than my previous 10 years. I began working with Chris at Isotolp Fitness through his online program. To be honest, I was skeptical about whether it would really work for me because how would someone who was over 600 miles away be able help me lose weight and get fit? I mean, how would he really know what I was doing? Trust me....he always knew. ;) Of course I kept him up to date about what I was doing, but soon my results spoke for themselves. I have never been so happy to be wrong. Not only did it work, but Chris always seemed to know (even before I did) what would be most helpful and challenging not only with workouts
