David oversees the daily operations for property management & leasing and works closely with the team to help with issues and to improve overall operations and our client experience. Sue manages the real estate sales operations and helps our agents with sales and rental transactions. Sue has been a licensed Realtor since 1998 and has worked extensively in the Northern Virginia market.

I have had RPM manage my property for over 5 years now. I have been happy with their overall service, management of the property and responsiveness. The property manager is very prompt and available whenever I had a question or wanted to discuss an issue. Likewise, I have had good experiences with the front office whenever I had an issue or concern with billing or rent deposits. Thank you!

My husband and I just relocated to the area from New York City due to his career. Richey Property Management helped to make the already stressful process of moving a little easier by being responsive and accommodating. RPM worked with us while we were still in NYC to help secure and settle into our new home. Kim, one of the property managers has made herself available to us every step of the way and continued to check in the first couple weeks to ensure a smooth transition into our new home. We've been renting from Richey PM for over 2 years now, and we've been very blessed to work with such great people. When we left Arizona in 2018, our family was in a tough situation with another cross country move, and Richey PM was there every step of the way to help us out and make sure that we were taken care of.
