So first of all there's $50 deposit on what a room that has no water pressure at all filthy no hot water straight in the lobby waiting 20 minutes someone to show up just to get our $50 deposit back. The staff is rude and very non-existent .. b they refused to do anything so don't waste your time, anywhere is better. Next time I'm going to sleep in my vehicle rather than staying there because I have a better experience

Hair all over the floor, bathtub, sink. Stains all over the sheets, 2 towels 1 wash cloth for 4 people, air filters in air conditioner covered in dirt and dust, bathtub clogged. Key stopped working everyday 2 or more times. Floors made all of our socks black and dirty. Rooms do not smell clean no cleaning chemical clean smell what so ever. Did not feel safe at all. Never again will I stay here.

I would give no stars if I could.. I payed to stay on 7-31-21 after looking at their website .. it looked very nice with a nice big pool which was closed but their website didn't say otherwise.. once we arrived , the hotel itself looked abandoned besides one vehicle. Looked runned down and ugly.. I check in and went to my room.. it was hot and musty with lots of roaches.. I asked for a refund which I was denied.. they give me another room with the same problem.. it was disgusting.. needless to say I didn't stay.. do not waste your money here..

Doesn't even deserve one star. The guy at the front desk was rude and made me feel like i didn't matter. Then the next morning over slept and they kept banging on the door while I was in the shower when I got out they banged on it again I opened it with just my towel and they told me I needed to hurry up that I've been here too long and that I've had plenty of time to get ready and that he would stand outside until I come out... when I walked out he was standing there with his arms crossed ... the room was decent, and the walls are very thin you could hear people across the

I booked a stay here when my mother-in-law volunteered to put me and my son up in Fort Worth for the night before a surgery he was having at a Fort Worth hospital the next day. She was price conscious, so we chose something that was on the low end of the price spectrum to save her wallet from taking any larger of a hit than necessary since we were basically only going to be laying our heads there from 10-6 and on our way to the hospital early the next morning.

I was walking onto the property and took a wrong turn... missed the office entrance. Stopped when I got a phone call from my wife and took it. Wasn't long before "security" decided I shouldn't be there and gave me a load of nonsense. So I checked into the motel 6 next door. If your "security" guard thinks he can curse and throw me off the property, fine. My money is better elsewhere.

This is a lying, cheating, extremely horrible business. I would stay on the street rather than paying them.
We booked a night's stay. The wifi was not working, the heater was not working (and it was freezing temps in early January), the bathroom door did not lock, the area is sketchy, saw a homeless man peeing on the bushes this place overlooks (no downtown view, that is some real bs). When we went down to complain the girl in the lobby fought us like there is no tomorrow claiming that a transformer had gone out and that's why our WiFi was not working, but somehow hers was working.

My boyfriend and myself were traveling from Florida driving all day exhausted called your hotel and they gave us one price and said there was a non-smoking room on the bottom floor when we arrived they only had a smoking room on the 3rd floor no elevator only stairs and we had to carry the animals and they charge us extra for each animal and $50 security deposit the air condition does not even work it is cooler outside this is the worst place we've ever stayed we will turn them into the Better Business Bureau

Very dirty and old. Totally not worth it. We reserved with booking.com and it was the worst experience we had. There was a dead roach in bathroom. The door looks like it was kicked open. Biker gangs in parking lot. Lobby smells mildewed. It's photos and reviews on booking are manipulated to look good but do huge disservice and misrepresented the place. Run!

NO HD TV!!!! horrible cable service.. This place is run down, and in need of renovation. Conveniently close to down town, but I was worried about my car parked in their parking lot. The only reason I give it two stars is because of the breakfast, and the cool historical graveyard in the parking lot. The only staff smile I saw was the nice lady running breakfast.

We stayed here for the table tennis tournament at Texas Wesleyan. Overall, this hotel has beds, bathrooms, and a hallway that connects them. The breakfast is very good, and I was very impressed Texas shaped waffle. It was nice of them to include extra napkins under the chairs in our rooms. It was also very nice to see snowflakes in our shower coming from the ceiling. We also had a nice wildlife encounter in the room scurrying through the trash can that we discovered in the middle of the night.

We arrived at 3am Tuesday, Checked in and paid for that night until Friday. We noticed several people in the parking lots looking in Windows and cars. We needed to sleep after driving all night so we stayed and went to our 1st room and it smelled horribly of cigarettes, was told this is non smoking room and if we smoked in there we would be charged...we don't smoke so no big deal there. We went back to the lobby and told them we want a different room. They gave us our second room.... The next morning we woke up left for the day and came back that night with some family to go swimming. Pool

Let me start with a 2am wake up call to these hicks who were yelling at the 3rd floor to get up and outside.. Didn't state a reason why but it sounded like 3 men and 1 woman. It felt like a scary movie. I was going to call the front desk but I was way too scared bc there is this huge crack underneath the door you could probably stick a finger under.
There is some bad places were you can see holes in the wall from previous leaks.
The beds were okay if you like hard beds. Pillows were very soft.
They do have a good tv and refrigerator.

This is not a great five star hotel but it is a nice decent hotel. I would stay here again without a doubt.

WORST PLACE EVER!
On October 14, 2015 we checked into the Stay Express Hotel in Ft. Worth. The rooms were represented on their website as "remodeled", touting a heated pool, satellite TV, and high speed Internet. I had booked three rooms for myself, two daughters, and their children near the Ft. Worth Zoo. Turns out, THIS place was a zoo.
After checking in, we found that the hotel was in TERRIBLE disrepair; the pool was closed off with "caution tape", was NOT clean, and was accessible only to the construction workers who had it blocked off. The Internet was not working
