Place is sketchy when you pull in. Room was ok. Air conditioner only goes to 66 and decided to not work through the night. We get up to absolutely no hot hotter in either room we paid for. Front desk tried to tell me that the city turned it off due to working on a gas line. If that was the case everyone in the hotel would be complaining and you wouldn’t have had to call the manager to see what he could do for me. Will NOT stay here again & will not recommend to anyone!

It was clean. But it went from 65 a night to 120 a night! My fridge didn't work. But besides those things, my stay was quiet and comfortable!! Safe. One way in and one way out. No bugs. No stinky rooms. No broken doors. Pretty good if you ask me. I was going to giv2 them 3 stars but I'll give them 4 because it was the atmosphere that made the different

A friend of mine asked me to suggest a place near by that had nice (but affordable) rooms. I had first considered 2 other competitors (of which I had used), but opted to stop by the Executive---as I had never made use of their facilities. I am so glad I did. The location is convenient, the property is well maintained, the atmosphere is inviting, the rooms are wonderfully appointed and the room cost---as compared to local competitors---was shockingly pleasant. This Sunday evening was a gentleman named Barry (whom had leased the room to us): though his official capacity was maintenance supervisor

This property is run by the Patels. Many properties are owed and run by this family. The amenities are very limited, as this is a basic , and I do mean BASIC property ! There are 2 floors, NO elevator. If you need an elevator, this is NOT the place for you! There is 1 ice machine, 1st floor only. Laundry is $1.50 per washer & dryer. Comlimentry basic breakfast from 6:00 am >9:00am. Also there are no Ft.Worth buses that have stops on this side of freeway. Public bus stop is !/2 mile away. You must walk on service road, then go under underpass and walk to nerest bus stop.
