I was recommended by my realtor to contact TUFF Home Inspection for the new townhome we purchased advising he was the best to use for home inspections. From the first call to schedule our home inspection, the owner, Sabedo Argueta, was very nice, professional, direct, and made our appointment quickly. I did not personally attend the inspection, but my husband did. He indicated how thorough Sabedo was and how he explained everything to my husband as they went along the inspection. We received our report within two days from the inspection. We are very happy with his services and would highly recommend

I met Saved and his team for the first time a few weeks ago to do an inspection fora first time buyer. He and his team were detail and very professional. They responded to my clients questions with no hesitation. They are bilingual which is a bonus. I will definitely be using them again for future inspections.

Silvio is very through and explains to the client the home inspection from A to Z. Explaining to the client buying a home what is structural and what is maintenance. I recommend them all the time.

This is my second go-round in buying a house and I would recommend this company to anyone. Our inspector was so thorough that he pointed out things that although minor, should be taken a look at. Our inspector Jose was amazing!! He took his time and reviewed every detail with us. As first time homebuyers, we did not know anything about maintaining a home and things to look out for. Luckily we was able to have that experience with Jose and I must say he was very thorough with everything.

Sabedo Argueta is a very good home inspector. He always tries to accommodate the client. He also explains how the components of a house work in simple terms that are easy to understand to the first-time home buyer. As a real estate agent I appreciate that very much. A lot of home inspectors out there make bad assumptions about something they uncover during the home inspection and they turned that into a lot of issues and scare the buyers away from moving forward with the purchase. This is where Sabedo is very different and helpful; because he likes explaining to the buyer when some things are not
