The home buying process can be stressful and now you have to find the right home inspector to meet your needs.
One of the first questions I'm asked is "If I'm buying a condominium (townhome), do I really need to get it inspected?" Yes, you really should have it inspected. Even though the condominium (townhome) Home Owners Association (HOA) is often responsible for the exterior and common areas, there are still a lot of components that the condominium owner is responsible for.
A Pre-Listing Home Inspection is an inspection designed to help sell the house by eliminating any surprises that usually arise from a buyer's inspection. The homeowner has an advantage with a pre-listing inspection because the inspector is working on the homeowner's behalf, not the buyers. The inspection report will provide the homeowner with the information needed to address any defects prior to listing the home.
In partnership with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, one of the services I'm proud to offer is the Move-In Certified - Pre-Inspected. What is Move-In Certified? The word "Certified" means that the seller states there are no known major problems with the home that will cost the buyer extra money unless stated otherwise (disclosure).

Used Home Pride for a home and termite inspection for a condo. David showed up early and was prepared to do a thorough inspection. He was there to answer any questions that I had and made sure I understood any issues that he encountered during the inspection. David is an excellent person in his profession. He is on time. He provided me with the report by the end of the day after my inspection in the after noon. He told me all the information regarding what he experienced during his whole inspection. He guided me with more information and to check each and everything he went into above knee level snow to check our electrical meters and gas lines. He did an inspection for a condominium which I am planning to purchase. His report is very detail. When I had a quick question he is very responsive with the answer. First time buying a home and first time getting a home inspection done. David did great job of inspecting every component of the house. He was able to answer any questions I have and pointed out things I should look that could be an issue. His report was very detailed. I had the termite and radon testing done as well. Great price as well. Would highly recommend him for any inspection.

Dave was extremely knowledgeable! He went conducted home inspection in a very professional thorough manner. He made notes of things that he felt needed to be addressed. The report for inspection came back extremely quick and was very detailed and included pictures.

OUTSTANDING!!!! David was the ultimate professional. He was on time, knowledgeable, informative and complete. He explained everything from start to finish and I have absolutely no questions as to the irregularities he came across.
