H&J Freile Home Inspection, Inc. is a full service home inspection company operating out of Middlesex, New Jersey. Services
Our home inspection services include a physical examination of a dwelling and a written report that identifies the systems and components inspected and their condition. If any material defects are observed at the time of the inspection, the defect and its significance will be reported, along with recommendations to repair, replace, further evaluate or monitor.
William 'Billy' Chapman joined H&J Freile in 2013 as a full-time home inspector. He is a New Jersey state licensed home inspector, ASHI Certified Inspector, and a New Jersey state licensed radon measurement technician. In addition, Billy is a Certified Pool Inspector / Operator through the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
The inspection time will vary based on the age, size, and condition of the property. A typical four bedroom, two and one half bathroom colonial style home will take approximately two and one half to three hours to inspect. We normally schedule our inspections four hours apart to allow our inspectors ample time to complete a thorough inspection.

We had just recently sold a home and I feel Billy's inspection was much more thorough and comprehensive. His attention to detail, diligence, and keen eye allowed him to perform a fantastic and complete inspection.

I used H&J Freile for two home inspections over the last few months and Billy performed both of them. He was extremely diligent and took his time evaluating the home and reviewing each finding with me. H&J Freile's detailed inspection report prevented me from buying a home that would have resulted in many out-of-pocket expenses that a first time home buyer would not want to deal with. The entire team I dealt with was fantastic from start to finish. Dean with the front office was respectful and answered all my questions prior to my home inspection and Kevin was fantastic when it came to the actual inspection itself. He also answered all our questions and went through every little concern he saw throughout the home. The inspection report was extremely professional and came earlier than I expected. THE BEST HOME INSPECTORS!! They are so thorough and detail oriented! They will explain everything they are doing and why! They gave me so many recommendations to issues that were arising and walked me through what to do. THEY ARE THE BEST! Joyce constantly communicated to me and Steve was the one who completed the inspection. He was amazing! I will only use them for future home inspections. Steve was so professional, patient, courteous and prompt. He took the time look at every detail of the house and what could be potential problem and explained his findings. I hired H&J Freile last August to inspect a home my mother was considering purchasing. Unfortunately, in the end, I felt that H&J misled me and made promises they knew they couldn't keep in order to bait-and-switch me to earn my business.

We used H &J Frielle Home Inspection recently and we can’t say enough good things about our experience. Our inspector, Billy Chapman, conducted an extremely thorough inspection of the property, with clear explanations and recommendations for everything he found. I used H&J for my home inspection, and they were outstanding. Billy Chapman conducted the inspection and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues that were unfamiliar to me and offering thoughtful advice on repairs, maintenance and other items.
