Alpha Home & Inspections did an excellent job! The inspector Luke Harrington showed upmost professionalism and due diligence inspecting the property. He made sure that everything part of the house including exterior and interior were properly noted. That all systems such plumbing and heating were checked for any future work.
I highly recommend his expertise and a walk through during an inspection, either before or after a home purchase.

I just closed on my first condo and as a first time home buyer, was looking for peace of mind with an adequate home inspection. Ken Mundry of Alpha Building Inspections was recommended by a family friend, and his services surpassed all expectations. Ken was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inspection process. At the end of the 2 hour inspection, I felt extremely comfortable with the unit I was moving into as well as a great education moving forward when buying. Jim Reid and Tom Pelletier from Alpha Inspections were contracts to inspect two large commercial manufacturing buildings They were thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable and their competence was evident as they walked through for the first time and executed the inspection.

I was absolutely blown away with our home inspection. As first time buyers, we had no idea what to expect but Jim was outstanding. He arrived early to check out the exterior and property. Right off the bat, he was happy and funny which calmed our nerves.
