Chris was so informative and great to work with! He provided a detailed report which has been very helpful. During the inspection he made sure to keep us involved with all of his findings so nothing was a surprise. I asked for a quote for the services and he suggested that we wait until we are there to decide if the radon air test was needed as there was already a treatment system in place, he didn’t want to charge me for it if it wasn’t needed. He really cares about his customers and it shows.

We had the best experience with Chris. After the first home inspection on a house showed too many issues for us, we used what we learned from his thorough home inspection report to make a better decision. We just had our second one, which went substantially in a more positive route, and we couldn’t be more thankful! 5/5 would recommend, without question!!!
