Wish that 0 was an option. We hired GHPM to manage our HOA. The Owner misrepresented his company's abilities and we were forced to fire them less than 90 days in. During our notification of termination on ZOOM, he told our HOA president to "shut her snot-box" (She was sick with COVID). Stay well clear of this company. Nothing but lies, delays and excuses.

I feel bad for those truly sweet homeowners who trust their beautiful homes with such a TRASH company! IF YOU OWN A HOME AND USE THIS COMPANY- I’m not sure if you are aware of the snakey actions and lies they tell the good people who live and love in your homes, but it’s sad and pathetic. I’m not sure if they are desperate, ignorant or just straight up greedy, but nickel and dime-ing families who care for your homes.. just sad.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars and bring down their rating I would. This company was very misleading and manipulative. They have withheld information and made several false/misleading promises. They kept over $2500 from some family friends. They refused to give damage deposit back before my friends paid for an additional two months of rent. Never do business with this company. Very unprofessional.

WARNING!!! Horrible company to rent from. Completely lied through their teeth! Brought up all these "RULES" THAT WEREN'T EVEN IN OUR LEASE THREATNED TO KICK US OUT AND KEEP OUR DEPOSIT! We ended up losing over $2000. Despite everything we cleaned that place spotless and had the carpets shampooed in good faith hoping they would return the money since it was much cleaner then when we moved in. They charged us all these extra cleaning costs ontop of what we had already done keeping nearly all our deposit! Name should be property management thevies. Kind and nice to you while your signing and locking

Horrible company. Completely lied to us and therefore we lost $2500 of our damage deposit. We went above and beyond for this company/property and still Kim and the Owners felt it was necessary to be complete unfaithful on their promises. Absolutely disgusted by their actions. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!

Un-professional, Liars... When you depend on a Property Management Group to provide service and give them clear reasonable communication they stab you in the back and steal your hard earned money. Totally unethical. More people need to take companies like this to Court and to task when your communication goes unheard

A month after ending the leasing agreement with Richard the rent was taking out of my account again. I was told a check was mailed out to me and that I was responsible for deleting my account with them. Seems odd but whatever. I never received a check, instead the money was deposited into the home owners account but not the full amount, Richard still took his cut. The home owner cut me a check immediately but when I emailed Richard regarding the remaining money he told me not to get nasty and it's going to take him time to discuss with his book keeper. 12 days after the fact I again have to go
