The company was founded in 1974 under the name of Realty and Insurance Services. The insurance department was subsequently sold and property management became our sole business. We currently manage approximately 4,000 units in the Puget Sound including apartments, condominiums, single family homes, mobile homes, and HUD housing.
We employ more than 140 people company-wide and are based in Gig Harbor, WA. Financial accounting and reporting include but are not limited to: Cash and/or accrual financial statements, client specific general ledger, chart of account, computerized cash receipts, budget control systems for accounts payable, and bad debt collection procedures that start with tenant screening and selection.

Dennis is a joke! And the office people have not helped at all. They tried to say I had a 12 month contract when I had records showing I had month to month. Been almost a year since I left and I’m still fighting bills that are from after I left the apartment. No response on any maintenance didn’t matter if I called or emailed. DO NOT RENT HERE

The worst company ever! Had problems with the neighbor slamming the doors so loud it would shake the walls, waking us up disrupting our service animal. My husband has PTSD from his military service the loud noise is really upsetting and JADE would do nothing to help this stop, it would get worse then she would hardly respond to our emails even when we put our notice in she didn’t get back to us lol what a joke don’t rent the Robbins Hollow town homes! not like she would even get back to you! Oh not to mention she told me when I complained about a neighbors dog that would free roam and was aggressive

As mentioned in previous comments Dennis will not fix nothing he will lie to your face and when it comes to fixing something it takes for ever and they will not work with you on fixing anything they will not do anything they have to and if it cost them money they will try to get out of customer satisfaction is not there had been a tenant for reader management 5 years very disappointed and they do everything they can not to please the paying customers, If they don't like you they will do everything they can to try to make you move, My suggestions to all never rent from reader management

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They are a joke and do not hire proper management for properties. There is no manager on property or any responsibility. We currently have 4 trash cans and 3 washers for a 36 unit apartment complex. Do not care about security for its properties at all! They do not fix maintenance problems as needed. They have one under skilled gentleman for 4 properties with no licenses to come in and basically put duct tape on everything. If you can rent elsewhere I would!

Wouldn’t know if they’re good or not. We submitted our application a week and a half ago, have yet to hear a response. Have called 20+times and have not got an answer yet. We have sent multiple emails, and have yet to receive a response. Seems like we paid our money for the application fee, and that’s all they wanted. Extremely concerning situation when your trying to find a place to call home.
