Services
For more than 127 years, Clise Properties and the Clise family have led development in Seattle. JW Clise, our company's founder, arrived in 1889, one day after the Great Seattle Fire left the central business district in ashes. JW saw opportunity amid the devastation, and he played an integral role in rebuilding the city from the ground up.

I came in for a meeting with Clise Properties. They are the oldest property management company in Seattle and own millions of square feet in real estate including hotels, office space, and medical buildings. They are a family owned, fourth generation run company. The wife of the founder was the founder of Seattle Children's Hospital. The founders built SeaTac Airport. They have been part of Seattle in many ways.
The first review written for Clise Properties is on the building this company is in, not the company. Also, the picture of the Nordstrom catalog being added doesn't have

I had the pleasure of working at a law office in this building on a temp assignment. The building is amazing - super clean with an awesome library and a Starbucks on the first floor. It sort of has the feel of a town plaza more than an office building, as there are lots of places to sit and things to look at. My favorite part of the building is the people who open the doors for you as you enter and exit. I'm not sure what hours they do this, but it was so nice to have that extra little touch!
However, I would be totally remiss if I didn't talk about the elevators. Super high-tech, pleasant
