We pay owners electronically direct to their bank account, or will send owners a check if they prefer, by the 15th of each month which will allow for tenant checks to clear and grace period etc.

Continual all day and evening instant showings of owners home, including all day on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Distribution of Information to Tenants. Distributing information to tenants is required at three different phases in the rental process. Step 1: At the time of rental application, the landlord must provide the tenant with the following website along with written rental criteria. Tenants will be able to access information about code violations, findings on discrimination cases, and register to vote.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Naomi was nearly impossible to get ahold of. We rented a house in University Place and the landlord did the absolute CHEAPEST remodel possible. The "varnish" on the wood floor PEELED up just from being walked on, every surface was covered in sticky semigloss paint, including the bottoms of the cabinets so they were impossible to pull out, etc. Naturally with repairs of that sort we had a lot of issues but basically never heard anything back about the tickets we filed and the landlord always directed us to speak to BCI. The only time anything got fixed in a reasonable

I am a homeowner and hired BCI Properties as my property managers. I had no luck with companies. The other companies always had horrible customer service and I always received attitude from other property manger. When BCI property managed my property they so helpful and respectful. They found me perfect fitting tents for my home. When issues arrived with maintenance the whole crew was their to assist me with the damages. Tanisha and Maria were first to always arrive promptly at the property and provided assistance with property management services. Pictures were always taken of the home to show

I have not ever been in the Office due to Covid regulations. I rented from this company for about a year and they were hard to get ahold of, taking care of another tenant, and the 3rd party between us and a private owner of the property that hired them to lease and manage. They blamed the owner for lack of information and the owner the one time I got to talk to him in person blamed the company so I am at a loss for who was the root of it. On the company's part it was hard to get updates, and reach the property manager. We were rented a property that was later found out had some unstable features

Tanisha Who works for BCI managed our 11 units in Tacoma for over 5 years and did a fantastic job. There were many times that we had problems with tenants and she was always there to help with whatever we needed. Since we are in California it was more important than ever to have someone we could trust and she was defiantly a great person to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for.a reliable property manager.

BCI, Tanisha, and the owner were a nightmare to deal with. When we moved in there was building materials still left in the home. I emailed Tanisha for months about it. When I moved out. The Materials were still there. I emailed her and the owner multiple times about moving out and wanting someone to walk the home in my presence and they refused. After Tanisha told me she would walk the home, she didn’t show up, she wouldn’t answer the phone or Email me back. When I went in to turn in keys Tanisha did her best to avoid me. They didn’t give me my deposit back and they charged me about $600

3stars, July 2018: When we wanted to move in, our property manager Naomi was tremendously helpful. We initially weren't going to get the house because someone had applied before us, but luckily, their application fell through and ours was successful. We got in, we did a walk-through, we signed our lease. All was well and good. We moved into the house, everything was fine. We added a roommate, then exchanged that one for another, then another. They've totally accommodated that.
However. When our sewer backed up because this is an old Tacoma house, and there was raw sewage all over the basement

We rented a home through BCI at an affordable price right off 6th Ave (so A+ location) from May 2016 through January 2019. We had several roommates throughout our stay there, and subletting was fairly simple through them. They have 2 great employees -- Maria, who has been a receptionist, property manager and is now in accounting, and Jermaine, who does inspections of properties every 3 months or so.

Those are the only nice things I have to say.

After moving in and signing papers, getting in touch with our property manager, Naomi, was impossible. She never returned calls, voicemails, and did

The worst property management of the century. Extremely unprofessional, I've put in work order through their online portal and didn't have my front door (which didn't lock) fixed until 6 months later. Sense they took over our property they've refused to give us lease no matter how many times we've asked. I've called them many times and even went into the office, nothing has happened.

Unfortunately, my mother has lived at a BCI property since 2011. They staff is friendly but they completely slack on the services outlined on their website. They've neglected the Owners property and haven't maintained it since my mother has lived there. Inspections aren't completed regularly and they do not keep up on maintenance at the property. My mother has put in maintenance request about her heat for months. Her property Manager Tinisha has closed out work orders that haven't been fully completed. & the lack of follow up with vendors and maintenance by Tinisha is why

Sleazy, dishonest business. Owner is a bully who likes to threaten legal action against any criticism of his shady practices. Do yourself a giant favor and find someone else, you'll end up wasting your money in the end

Response to owner: Mr Leske has no idea who I am. This account is anonymous. He is basically lying about what happened. Won't go into any details but let's just say he's a lot of bark but no bite ( I have all the emails). However, dealing with him is a complete waste of time. And time, my friends, is all we have. After owning our homes for years we moved to the area and decided to rent until we found the right part of town for our family. BCI was quick to step in and help us locate a rental property. The home was a good fit for what we needed at the time, and Naomi did an exceptional job communicating with us every step of the way.
A few months into our lease we started experiencing a couple strange issues with billing (at the time, billing was handled by Maria). We always paid rent on time, often paying a couple weeks early, and we never put in maintenance requests. The times we paid rent over a week

Completely unprofessional and full of excuses. Just look at all of the one star reviews! Beware of this company! The owner should look into his staffing and their lack of professionalism instead of continuing to respond with excuses for them! There's obviously a problem here.
Just look at the way they respond to the reviews on Facebook and Google! Who does he hire!? I would not want these people "managing" my property.

Military friendly, professional, and timely! BCI properties has been my landlord for almost 2 years and I have had a great experience! When I moved into my gorgeous house it was immaculate and they did an amazing job making the house move in ready. I was able to sign my lease and move in the same day. I have 2 Siberian Huskies and they were more than accommodating my furbabies. Naomi, property manager, has been my main contact at BCI and she has been great in understanding military life, privacy, safety, and updates on any tenant issues. Liars and crooks I waited over an hour to view a property to potentially rent it they told me they came and I was not there. I was parked in front of the property and was able to see everyone going in and out they did not show up. They told me to reschedule after I took time out my day to wait for the realtor who was already late for the appointment .Do not rent any of their property they are nasty and rude. I hope they shut them down immediately. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

I am a current tenant, have been for almost a year, and I haven't spoken to a single person at the company since we signed our lease. One of our windows has been broken our entire lease, and even though they know about, it's yet to be fixed (my lease is up next month). Normally I like when property managers give you your space but this is ridiculous. No returned phone calls, emails, texts, zip. And I've been trying consistently over this entire year, it's not like I tried for a few weeks and gave up. Very poor customer service. Seems like management maybe bit off more than

This is by far the worst property management company in the Tacoma area. They care more about money then they do their tenants. Upon move our of our house they refused to do a move out inspection with us actually being at the property. They had taken over our property from another company and we never received any type of formal introduction, no signing of any paperwork in reference to the change, no phone call. The best they did was send an email, which I happened to stumble upon as it went to my junk folder (talk about an omen) but their handling of "property management" and I use that

It's been three years of headache after headache, unanswered question after unanswered question and last second property manager change after last second property manager change from the start.

I came to BCI in good faith, let them know I'm a Soldier that may not be assigned in the US for a while and would depend heavily on their judgement and support during my absence. My house was inspected and deemed "good to go" after I paid for the repairs that were identified. However, each time something

So after finally leaving this house managed by BCI I received a bill today for the sewer charges they put on my account that I have always paid. They also claimed I owe for HOA violations when nowhere in our lease does it mention HOA membership or were we given a copy of the rules.
So I will sum up BCI thus;
Poor accounting practices and completely arbitrary charges not mentioned in the lease.
Poor communications when trying resolve issues.
No agent ever showed us the house.
Repetitive intrusive inspections during the lease.

I am fairly certain I will end of in small claims court as they

1) Our property manager is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. No returned calls, no replies to emails, even messages passed from other employees don't get responded to. Even the president of the company has ignored our messages. Four weeks, and I've gotten one returned call, where I was able to schedule an appointment with our property manager to address these concerns. She stood us up. Three weeks since then and still no replies to any of our messages. Heaven forbid we ever have an emergency. I have

I'm a Soldier assigned overseas with my family. BCI initially had me convinced they were property management company for me and my family. They were initially courteous, professional and very friendly. I explained I would be overseas and needed the house rented fairly soon and was given assurances they could do so with little to no difficulty.

However, after we signed the contract with them, the company did a 180° turn. The property mangers were changed out without prior notification of who I needed to speak to. They repeatedly made repairs (at MY expense) without consulting me, so I could

These people mislead me into paying for 4 members of my family to pay a total of $180 to do an application which was denied because of a criminal conviction, even though i made it very clear to them that the conviction was on my record BEFORE we paid the money for the application. I even double checked with them MULTIPLE times to ask if they were sure it was going to be ok because of my record and they assured me over and over again that it would be fine. So basically the whole thing was just a big lie to get $180 out of me and my struggling family. That is money that we needed to secure a safe

Our last property through them we lived in for like 3yrs or so.. the foundation was sinking. Then we had a busted water pipe under ground beneath the house.. took bci 2 months to get a plumber out there then another few months for that plumber to show up enough to getting around to fixing it.

The place we have now isnt sinking at least but the back porch roof is unstable by far and it's got a poor excuse for a wiring job as far as lighting goes. Most of the rooms are on 1 breaker. Its a 3 bedroom ffs!
Better than nothing I guess!

What can I say about BCI that hasn't been said already. I rented from them for a year and that was long enough to figure out this company doesn't care about its renters. They only care about one thing, money.

While doing the inspection report I came across numerous items that needed to be addressed and fixed (The blinds were broken, the front door didn't latch shut because it sat crooked in the frame, the hot water heater leaked, the garage was FULL of crap). When I told BCI about these issues, they made it sound like they were going to fix these problems. After a few weeks of calling
