After a long career working in construction and construction inspection, Scott decided 7 years ago to put his skills to use helping people as a home inspector. He enjoys being an important and helpful part of people's home buying experience.
All inspection services provided by Encompass Home Inspection Service, LLC abide by the state of New Jersey's Standards of Practice (SOP). We want to offer the best service in the area at an affordable price, with inspections starting at $400 for condos, $450 for townhouses, and $475 for single-family homes.
Scott was very detailed but also very patient. He explained things to me as we went along and helped me focus on major issues vs minor. HIs inspection report system is excellent, allows you to create punch lists and also the 260 tour is great! Scott pays great attention to detail and is very knowledgeable about the things he is looking at.
