Ryan was thorough and focused and checked every nook and cranny that was important. Not only was he thorough, he got us our inspection report within 24 hours and he well documented all the issues he found which allowed us to negotiate better with the seller. I will recommend him to everyone I know!

My inspection was couldn't have gone better. I happened to come by the house during the inspection and Ryan showed me some areas of concerned and was very detailed in explaining those concerns. He told me what concerns should be prioritized and then sent a detailed report with great pictures. I will be recommending SunnySide to any one I know in the market for a home inspection.

Sunnyside Inspections (Ryan) provided outstanding service. He was on time, professional and very thorough. The final report was delivered within 24-48 hours and was very detailed and clear. I appreciated being included in the process and he explained things to me as we went along. Although I was very pleased with his detail, I would have like to have been more prepared with timing. If he had given a better estimate of how long he would have take to complete the inspection, I could have planned accordingly. Overall, his service was outstanding and professional.
