Our circuit breakers kept tripping after adding a new window air-conditioner. I tried to fix it myself by replacing several very old outlets and the fuses in the circuit breaker box. None of it worked. I called Gene and his team came right out and showed the rats nest of old cables under the crawl space. It took about 4 hours of hard work under there to fix whatever was wrong and run a new wire that could handle the AC unit.
My impression of Gene when I first met him was that he was an honest man. I felt like I could trust him and I was right. His team did a great job for a reasonable price.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
I set up an appointment with Gene more than a week out because they were busy. After a half hour past the scheduled time, I called and asked where he was. Had no idea of the appointment time and tried salvaging a potential customer. Sorry, you blew your opportunity. If you can’t keep an appointment, how reliable are you?

Needed inspection to do turn up on my parent's new house, which had been vacant for several years. He inspected everything and told us what needed to be done to get the cut in card. Gave us a good price on his service. Came in quick, got everything done in one day. Quick, good communication. More importantly, his work passed with no problem with the town.
Will use again if need be. Very happy. Recommend.
