These people are Crooks. If I had the option of renting from them or living in a cardboard box I'd Choose the box everytime.

Avoid renting from them at all cost. They are incredibly mismanaged and rarely answer when you try to reach out. We have been requesting maintence for 3 months and have even gone to the office to request help, and still no one has come.

Upon moving out of my unit, I was assured their would be a walk through to determine the amount of my deposit I would receive back. This was on January 30th. I have called, texted, and emailed multiple times and haven't received anything back. I am frustrated they are holding $900 with no follow-up or word as to when I will receive my deposit back. Please do not rent from this company - they have major communication issues.
