These guys really know how to get the job done, normally I would have managed my own property but I'm Getting older and don't enjoy the management as much as when I was younger. I ask them to recommend what I should do and they said first and foremost raise your rent and I was "like what raise the rent" and so very hesitant ,since I had never raised the rent. Well let me tell you they got me a $2600 raise on one unit
so I turned 76 properties over to them for management and consultation since " I was thinking of starting to sell them off boy was I wrong, now I just have just laughed all the way
