The team at KNR Property Management is the best I've worked with. Great communication, very knowledgeable about their industry, show great initiative when managing my properties. Recently I had one of my rentals come on the market that had previously been managed by another firm, KNR took over and raised my monthly rental fee by $700/mo (from $1400 to $2100) and had it rented in 3 weeks. AMAZING!
