Formerly from Massachusetts, I relocated to the Gainesville area in 2011 to attend the University of Florida. I graduated with a degree in animal sciences and a minor in business. I am of course a big Gator fan and enjoy attending the football games! With a wealth of property management and retail experience, I have acquired excellent customer service skills.

As a landlord working with the Owner Tanya and my property manager, Tianna, has been nothing but pleasant and smooth.
I unexpectedly had to move and with less than 1 month notice I reached out to Tanya and she came by to inspect my home and didn't exactly walk into a turn key ready home. She suggested a few repairs, got me a range for how much the property can reasonably rent for and as soon as all the agreements were signed, with the help of Tianna, they had vendors getting her estimates and getting started on repairs.
Once the repairs were done and my home was put on the market it rented SOOOO

Rented a condo through Secure Investments for 3 years. They were absolutely great, the only time we had any type of issue with the property was the hot water heater went on Christmas Day about a year and a half in. They had a repair man out the next day, who said the hot water heater was fine and it was probably electrical due to the power going out on Christmas. They had an electrician there to fix it later that day.
They also were very accommodative when we asked to extend the lease a few months to be able to have some wiggle room when purchasing a home.

In short, great service. Secure Investments Realty managed our rental property for nearly 10 years. They are a company you can trust with your property. They handled many issues for us over the years and even helped us eventually sell our home. They are very easy to work with and have great communication with all their partners. I highly recommend!

I'm attaching a new review to the one I did in 2018 (below). With mixed feelings we decided, when our tenant needed out of his lease early, to sell this place we once lived in & now have rented out for 20 years.We've become Coloradans, so the prospect of making our way through the selling process ~ especially from a distance ~ was extremely daunting. But .. We turned it all over to Tanya & her team &, only a few weeks later, the house is SOLD & we're free to move on.
The transition from tenant / lease to marketing / sale was almost seamless, & done in large part online. What a wonderful relief

I was a tenant with Secure Investments Realty for the last 5 years. There were certainly pros and cons of renting through them and are my only experience with property managers and rentals in Gainesville.
During my time there the roof had to be replaced due to a tree branch falling out. I went without a refrigerator for 12 days (we are a family of 3) while the homeowner and property management team decided if they wanted to replace it.

Secure Investments have done a great job managing my rental in Gainesville. They advertised it, and moved in tenants very quickly.They are very good at keeping me informed and have managed to fix a number of issues that we had with the property when it was first rented out. The tenants they got us have been great, and so the whole process for me has gone very well.

I purchased an investment property last year in Gainesville and needed a property manager since I don't live in the area. After searching the internet I decided to go with Secure Investments and it was a good decision. Secure Investments not only found a good, qualified tenant but has kept the rental running smooth. Their client Portal system is seamless with efficient management and transparency of income and expenses associated with my property. I wish I could give more stars. I’ve rented from multiple places/people and this was the best experience. They communicated well, any and all maintenance requests were handled immediately, the software they use is simple and easy to pay bills, the staff are genuine and were a pleasure to have done business with. What a great company to rent from!
