We enjoyed our week stay here. The breakfast was decent not great but free... The rooms were clean and spacious. The pools are warm and wonderful to lounge in. The seating area in the sand was wonderful. Some people mention no beach they must not realize the Keys are not known for their beaches. They are known for beautiful weather and views. We enjoyed how close this resort was to Key West and also Islamorada. Anything you wanted to do was found at Robbies at Islamorada short 12 min drive.

I would love to be able to give this place a better review than one star, however it’s impossible to overlook all the issues surrounding this property. First and foremost their website is at best deceptive advertising, if not false advertising. The pictures are old and inaccurate property looks nothing like the photos at this point.
Additionally, the claim of “within driving distance…” well yes you can go every where you want if you like driving an hour and a half. Resort is a very loose term that I would not use for this location at all. It is a cheap motel, with two very small swimming

Friendly helpful staff, free kayaks, bikes, & paddle boards, recently remodeled so most rooms have a Gulf view, comfy beds, lovely common area full of sand, hammocks, & lounge chairs, fabulous place to watch the sunset, and best of all is the on site restaurant!! After watching the amazing sunset, it's nice to have the restaurant right on property and the food is very good quality. The restaurant staff are very attentive and fun especially with all the families with small kiddos.

The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because the room was quite small and the bathroom

The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because our room wasn't ready at check in and we waited for about an hour and a half to get in and not without a little urging on our end. But, there are staff shortages everywhere we've stayed lately. Our room was clean and the resort is delightful. We had a great view from our balcony and was even able to smoke on the balcony which a lot of places don't let you anymore.

First off the resort is a little far from everything else that you might want to enjoy in the keys. My complaints are as follows.. our room was without a drawers for my clothes and for a six day stay that’s not realistic living out of my suitcase on the floor. Also the floor of my room was filthy, our feet and our socks were black. My wife had to get down on her knees and wipe the floor with towels, twice. Not something you want to be doing on vacation. The screen door to my balcony had the screen ripped off the frame which meant I had to keep the sliding door closed to prevent and bugs from

We spend our anniversary here and we were just in love with the place.
My husband mentioned about celebration and we were welcome with beautiful arrangements.
Everybody was absolutely friendly and eager to make you feel welcome.
The rooms are a little rundown but very comfortable. The view out of our room was perfect . We definitely do it again.

It was just me and my wife there just for one night, but we will definitely repeat!
Both persons we've met at the front-desk were extremely nice and polite. They helped us out with any doubts and questions we had.
The room was in perfect conditions and very comfortable. It looked newly refurbished. We enjoyed so much the beautiful wooden furniture.
Cute waterfront, with stand-up paddle and kayak available.
Hopefully we will visit again soon!

Wonderful friendly staff, rooms on both sides were under remodel the entire visit so noisy. Great view to West for sunset. Upper room had no mosquitoes but a very long
stairs up. We are glad for the location but may not be physically able next year to climb steep stairs.
This is not a luxury resort, but had a nice park like feel. It has a nice boat pier for 21 ft ones, fishing and swimming. Breakfast is in a pub, restaurant next door. Our cost was $1150 for 4 nights.

I came here for my anniversary trip, it wasn't a cheap hotel so I had pretty high standards for the trip. The check-in went smoothly and we were in a room that opens to the ocean which was beautiful. The bed was rickety and the bathroom was the smallest one I've ever been in, the shower had mold in the grout and it wasn't drying properly so the whole room was moist. There's only one pool that goes to 4.5ft which seemed like a kiddy pool and the ocean really isn't accessible. The paddle boards and kayaks and such are free which are nice but the water is full of algae. Breakfast

This hotel was delightful from check-in to check-out! The room was immaculate, there were plenty of toiletries and towels. The grounds was also well manicured and they had ground keepers constantly walking around taking the sand and cleaning areas.
There are tables and hammocks around for guest to use along with kayaks, bikes, and stand up paddle boards free of charge!

There is a small pier boats can dock at but walking along it, especially in the morning, you can see a number of lobsters and fish. A few times we saw a small stingray cruising around. People do also fish off the pier also.

BOTH POOLS AND THE JACUZZI ARE CLOSED. That makes a huge difference in whether or not we wanted to stay here and we feel lied to as the hotel website boasts two heated swimming pools and a jacuzzi. It's false advertising, to say the least.

Lime Tree Bay resort is a very secluded spot (publix, McDonald's like 20 min away). Not much to do around the area, but the resort offers free kayaking, bike rentals, and paddle boards. Rooms are serviced every three days. The sunsets and private beach are beautiful and the rooms are very nice. We liked the large chess game, ping pong table, and corn

All i have to say is WOW. I've been staying here since i was about 5 years old with my family. We usually get the Zane Grey Townhouses across from the main resort. They are still beautiful and clean to this day! The pool, the dock, the atmosphere is awesome. We kept our boat out back and saw some manatees and was a great time! The restaurant across the street is absolutely amazing (will also do a review on that) Friendly people in the office, and just overall a great place, especially to watch the sunset!

Caught a flight to key west to purchase a truck and this was where I stopped for the night. I might say that this location is a separate property. Half the property is beach side and the other is canal side. My room #5 was $390 for the night & was a 3 bedroom 3 story. The layout was very good and had plenty of bathrooms. Naturally it was just me for the entire place but it was the last room they had. What I enjoyed was the bar and grill that's on the property. Awesome food but the drinks were a bit on the weak side imo. The check in process was super fast and easy. I'm saving

Stayed here during our visit to Isla Morada. We booked this location online and the pictures were a great view of what you'll get when you arrive. Staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the view was excellent. Price for the room was super reasonable for the area.

Parking lot is small and you'll have an assigned spot for your room. There are many things within a short drive, or you can enjoy many of the relaxing spots on the property itself. There are hammocks, patio furniture areas, a fishing dock, bike rentals, and more.

Overall: A
A solid hotel

I will start by admitting that I was lured into this place based on the marketing information and pictures found on the Chase vacations website and tripadvisor. When showing up, this place is far smaller with fewer amenities than I was expecting. Yes, my expectations were high and reality is somewhere in the middle. This is not a resort where you sit at the pool and have a server who can bring you drinks. Nor does it have a bar by the pool unless you call the restaurant/bar next door one.

They were building a new pool which was in plain site while they had their older but working pool/jacuzzi

First time here very cool place unfortunately while we were here they are still fixing up the place from the hurricane. There are still a few things they can do to spruce up the place little things like sweep the walk ways ect.

Still a great place I recommend it centrally located to restaurants or of you wanna head to marathon or key west. I would stay here again. They are working on adding a second pool also check out Sombero beach in Marathon.

also Key Fisheries get that seared tuna BLT do it sun set and get the sunset shot the bar maid brings around. Great food a must stop and eat.

Great

So happy we chose this hotel to stay 2 nights in Islamorada! The sunsets here are sensational! The hotel is so relaxed with a beautiful beach with hammocks & lounge chairs that I never wanted to leave. There's just enough amenities- pool, hot tub, hammocks, bicycles, kayaks, and restaurant & bar on site and convenience store across the street. We saw lots of birds, sharks & lobsters! Hotel room was spotless & very comfortable- slept great, loved all ornate tile, convenient mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. There is free parking on site too. Enjoyed dinner and

If I could leave zero stars I would.... I'll start by saying watch out for their hidden $15 fee because when you book a room for 4 they only expect you to have 2 people then charge you for the additional two. In addition to this the staff was pretty rude when telling us. Next, a few of the hand sanitizing stations around the property don't work. Lastly... my boyfriend woke up this morning covered in bites on his hands and our other friend had some other bites from the day before. They look like bed bug bites. The hotel blamed it on no see ums however, we never came in contact with those

Room 127.
Loved our spacious 2 bed 1 bath space with a large l shaped sofa, 50 "tv and a huge patio balcony across from the pool perfect for watching the sunrise. The property has many spaces to lounge in hammock s, chaise or patio furniture. Full kitchen with appliances

Not everything worked. Can't figure out all the light switches. One odd switch is on a corner next to dining table and window out of flow of traffic.

My boyfriend and I had booked Lime Tree Bay based on their decent reviews and awesome pictures on their website. We booked directly through the property and made it clear we wanted 1. A view 2. A kitchen/kitchenette. When we arrived the staff was pretty miserable. We got to our room to be met with an overpowering smell of mildew. It was as if the doors hadn't been opened in months. The balcony was a great size however it overlooked a highway, a shed and small piece of dirty water. Upon looking around we noticed we didn't have a kitchen or kitchenette, just a microwave and a mini fridge
