This place is HORRIBLE! From old dirty smelly rooms, ac not working, towels never being available . RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service starting from the OPERATIONS manager all the way down to the individuals checking u in. They over charged me for my stay and I had to fight to get my money back. They only would activate my room Key two days at a time we were there for a week. Roaches were found and to top it off they tried to kill the horrible smell with an over abundance of bleach! Like it wasn’t bad enough the place was GROSS but to add insult to injury with the poor customer service! My kids

I'm going to give this place 2 stars because the staff is friendly and the location is beautiful! The beach is literally your backyard and the sand is amazing.
However, the hotel itself is not amazing. The elevators did not work and when it did there was only 1 person. For anybody with kids or disabilities, that could be an issue. We had a ocean front, somewhat of a suite but the kitchen had nothing in it, no utensils our room only had 1 bathroom. Beautiful location but not the best in terms of hotel.

An odd place. We had a suite with two rooms and a tinny, tiny adjoining bathroom with an old style shower and no tub. It was, well, stark. Great location but the amenities could have been better, much better. There was a refrigerator and the ubiquitous single cup coffee pot. No breakfast. The breakfast place across the street was closed. We ended up at the Waffle House. The only things I found to be tip top were the view of the beach and the price which was tip top for the owner only. Too little for too much.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The beach access makes this a great place to stay. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone (even though that might mean that this s review might help them be too booked for me to get a reservation). You and your family will absolutely love the experience … and it won’t break the bank price wise either.
