Since 2003, our mission at Craig's Kempo Karate Academy of Watertown is to provide the tools and information our students need to succeed, even beyond karate. Our teaching philosophy is that every student is important, each of us learns differently, and that we all need something unique to become our best.

We are excited about the prospect of helping you achieve the many benefits of the martial arts. Self-defense, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle tone, self-discipline and self -confidence are only a few of the many advantages you gain from our program. By joining Craig's Kempo Karate academy, you will become part of the communities most respected martial arts association.
Our Lil' Dragon Classes are a great way for children ages 5 - 7 to get introduced to the martial arts. Focus, concentration, listening, respect, and courtesy are stressed in order to develop a child's basic learning skills. The exercise and physical fundamentals are challenging and a great way for kids to gain flexibility, balance, and strength.
We believe the learning process is never over. The instructors and staff at Craig's Kempo Karate Academy are continually training to improve their martial arts skill, and are always improving their teaching methods to ensure that we always offer the best we have to our students. Sensei Vana is currently a third year student at Northeastern University and is completing a degree in Environmental Studies.
As most of you know by now that the dojo is closed due to 12 telephone / utlity poles being down infront of our building. The power company is working as fast as they can to get everything fixed. We are hoping to be open on Monday the 5th. Please check for updates on our facebook and instagram pages.
