We update our list of available homes as current residents notify us of their intention to move.
We provide one-time assistance in finding a tenant who will sign a one-year lease. We carefully screen tenants by checking their credit history, past rental history and income/job history. We carefully inspect & note conditions of the unit prior to the tenant moving in so that there is a minimum of conflict when the tenant moves out.

I Spoke with a Agent at Del Mar to see if they ran the Hoa for a home. The person who answered started off in a curt manner. Acting as if I had no business calling her. And things went down hill from there. She refused to help in any way possible. She would not even say if their management company did, or did not run the HOA. I was not asking for any personal info, just basic info that Hoa's are supposed to help with. She kept telling me to call my agent, the selling agent and the Hoa. The sellers agent and my agent both told me I would have contact the Hoa to get any info I was asking for. And

I was so excited to find my perfect rental in Pismo Beach through Del Mar Property Management. The entire staff was helpful, professional and you can tell they really care about their tenants. They respond to and resolve issues quickly. I would definitely rent through them again in the future. Had to say something here because it's a tough job being a property manager. Just like a police officer you have to enforce the rules set by the owners. If you're an owner you want a Property Management that's kind and disciplined. Wanda has help but she's basically a self-started one woman show. I was employed with her off and on the last couple years doing maintenance and painting. She employs several independent cleaners and maintenance people (which I am grateful for), cares about the community, gets the job done from what appears to be very little stress. Just felt compelled to write this

I have nothing but good things to say about Wanda and her kind staff at Del Mar. from viewing the unit, to paperwork, everything—all were kind, courteous, and caring, especially Wanda. I am thankful for the home they gave me in my time in the Central Coast, and would rent from them again in a heartbeat if I was still in the area. 🙏

I never like leaving a bad review or want to, but I can not help to think someone else can be taken advantage of just like me or my girlfriend were. From surprise visits from them and renovating that will take up most of your time there. Never once did I feel like we recieved great service let alone the want from them to have a great experience. It is clear to see you are just another number to them.

Wanda and team @ Del Mar has always responded immediately to my maintenance requests. Claudia literally saved the day and came over to rescue me and my kids as we were locked in the second bedroom of our apartment! She had everything repaired promptly and efficiently. Five stars in my book for being on time, helpful and prompt!

I have had continuous issues for 4 years (finally buying a home and moving!). They have entered property without notice, failed to repair plumbing issues and termite damage, refused to pay for a rental even though bathroom was not usable, and failed to replace damaged wood personal property from termites and water leaks (both plumbing and from leaking roof). I would not use this company as a renter again or as a home owner.
