Lisa Carusone, MS, NBC-HWC, NASM-CPT, is a fitness instructor, trained and certified in Strength Training and Pilates. She creates custom fitness solutions designed to meet your specific goals. And, she's also a Duke Integrative Medicine-trained Integrative Health Coach, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and has over 15 years of corporate experience.

Lisa tailors innovative approaches to your total wellness that go beyond fitness. Lisa works with people like you; adults who want life-stage specific fitness and/or can benefit from Integrative Health Coaching.

Lisa Carusone, MS, NBC-HWC, NASM-CPT, is a personal trainer and a classically trained Pilates instructor as well as a Duke Integrative Medicine Trained Integrative Health Coach. She is also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Lisa offers private and semi-private fitness programs, along with private and small group Integrative Health Coaching, at her gym/office location in Waltham, MA.
Pilates is a method of total body conditioning that builds strength and flexibility, especially in the body's core. Developed by Joseph Pilates (1880 - 1967) as a rehabilitation tool for injured World War I veterans, it was brought by him to this country in 1926. Starting a fitness program can be intimidating.
Developed by a former Navy SEAL, TRX is a form of suspension training. It helps to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through a series of multi-planar exercises. It is highly customizable. SEAL or not, TRX offers a variety of exercises done standing and even sitting that test - and develop - strength, balance and overall fitness.
