To the T Home Inspection was AMAZING!!! They were on time and very thorough. They walked me threw and around the home I am trying to purchase. They showed me findings and gave suggestions. They answered all of my questions. On the final inspection report there was both things that needed to be addressed and things that were fine. They inspected EVERYTHING! Things I would have never thought of. Thanks to them I now have a very detailed to do list and weekend projects. I HIGHLY suggest using them! If I ever buy again I will use them every time. The cost wasn't bad either. Worth every penny and more

Terrible service and inspection! This inspector missed so much stuff! We are out 15,000 dollars because of his lack in inspection. We almost lost our home to a fire due to faulty wiring!

Very disappointed in the home inspection received. Lots of leaks were missed during the home inspection, which has now cost extra money. Also our inspection was done on a cool day. Unfortunately we have found out our HVAC system needed to be replaced. I feel that the inspector should have used a temp gun or thermometer to read the temp coming out of the vents. Now we are out our Inspection fee but also $6700 for a HVAC system. VERY UNHAPPY! Also, beware he will sell your info to a bunch of 3rd parties.

Mike did a very thorough and comprehensive inspection of the house and pointed aspects of the property that have not previously noted. He is very friendly and started right on time. I was referred to this company by a friend. Couldn't have been any happier with my decision. I had Mr. Turner come and look at an old farm house that I'm buying. BEST INSPECTION COMPANY ever! We had an inspection several years ago from a different company, and they did NOT do the thorough job that Michael did. He was awesome and helpful when we had questions. He stayed over 3 hours and really looked at everything. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!

There was even other services your company offered that I did even know existed, like giving me a report to show how much the repairs would cost so I can compare these prices with other contractors to make sure I don't get ripped off.
