Russ Haynes is a ASHI licensed certified home inspector providing unbiased, accurate and thorough home inspections in Chattanooga Tennessee and surrounding areas since 2007. Andrew Haynes is a ASHI licensed certified home inspector who joined Residential Inspection Services in 2015. Prior to becoming a home inspector, Andrew was employed as a certified heating and air technician.

RIS provided a detailed and thorough inspection of our prospective home. Though they are unable to give quality customer service. Despite multiple attempts to pay for their services through the USPS, Russ claimed not to receive these payments. Additional opportunities were given to come pick up payment when myself or my spouse would be available, Russ failed to come at these specified times. Instead of behaving in a professional manner by calling, Russ came unannounced to our place of business when neither of us were present. In his hotheaded visit demanding payment, he offered several insults
