Nantz Orthodontics

My husband is a cosmetic dentist so we are extremely selective about who works on our teeth when a specialist is needed. When my son chipped his front adult tooth (cringe!) my husband spoke to Dr. Nantz and they came up with a game plan to reposition his teeth with metal brackets to make the chip less noticeable. During this process Dr. Nantz also expanded his upper palate. Dr. Nantz is meticulous, friendly and conservative in his planning. He is a wonderful clinician that is kind and truly cares. His staff is best in class and you can tell they are happy to be there to help others. Highly recommend

It was a great experience. Everyone was nice and welcoming and informative. They took my insurance. Just went for X-rays and got a clear price on braces. I also needed to see a surgeon and they gave me numbers and names of doctors. Overall very helpful.

I highly recommend Dr. Nantz and his office for orthodontic work. I have been working Dr. Nantz's office for just over a year now with braces alongside having oral surgery. I've had a great experience thus far and everyone in this office is nice and professional. Another big plus is they really honor appointment times, there is typically no waiting and I am in and out in typically under 15 minutes. I needed 4 extractions before my braces on which made me so nervous and I found Dr. Nantz and he started my braces on 5/2019 without any extraction and I am truly happy for my beautiful smile right now. This has been the BEST clinical experience I’ve ever had in my whole entire life! I DREAD going to the dentist. Better yet, braces! I had braces on from Mexico but due to the pandemic I am no planning on returning. Embarrassed and what not, I went ahead and made an appointment for a free consultation. My daughter was given a referral to come here and when I called initially they were stand offish to even schedule an appointment but were still open to see her. Well I call back a couple days later to schedule they refused to see my daughter since she came from another orthodontist. I understand the whole thing about someone else's work. The lady who answered the phone was completely rude even after I told her I have a referral for Dr. Nantz to see my daughter for a new retainer. Dr. Nantz and his team are awesome! I originally came in for a 2nd opinion for Invisalign. My general dentist told me that I need one for medical (not aesthetic) reasons, and I figured that if I were to get one, I'd rather get it done by an orthodontist instead of general dentist. Great, great decision! He's in network for me and has stellar Yelp reviews, so I figured I'd try coming in since a consult is free anyways.

I went to Dr. Nantz for an invisalign transfer case in December of this year. They were super understanding and helpful when it came to transferring my case over and dealing with billing/insurance. Everyone in that office is absolutely awesome - personable, beyond helpful, and really pleasant to be around (shout out to Chrissie and Anna!). Dr. Nantz takes the time to listen to your concerns and the resulting factor is a set of beauteous teeth. I am so pleased with how everything turned out - I cannot thank them enough. Best orthodontist in Austin!! I would highly recommend him. My teeth look fabulous. Dr Nantz is not only a fabulous orthodontist he truly cares about his patients...plus his staff rocks!! They are fun and always happy to see you..even when you break a bracket...the front office is also extremely friendly. The accommodate your schedule and are always willing to answer any questions you might need about billing or any other needs! The whole practice is amazing. This review is long overdue! I went through 18 months of braces and am so happy with the treatment and result. I had other complicated dental issues to deal with and I'm so impressed and thankful to Dr. Nantz and his team. I was missing a front tooth and was advised to get braces to add space so another doctor could do the implant. I also had to get a crown on another tooth replaced. I love Nantz Orthodontics! I moved from out of town and already had my braces on. Dr. Nantz picked up my case and has taken very good care of me. The office has a great atmosphere, coffee and comfortable seats while waiting.

We just had our first visit to Dr. Nantz' office and were so pleased. The office itself is very clean, bright, cozy and welcoming. I think any child who walks in nervous will quickly be set at ease just by the feel of the office. Plus, there were games to play!! The staff was really authentically kind and very knowledgeable. Dr Nantz conducted the assessment and review with me in the room and explained every aspect of the care we need. He was thorough yet spoke in a language I can understand. =) We are excited to begin treatment for my 12-year old as we trust we're in great care.

What a great team they have at Nantz! I'm an adult who is getting braces for the second time (not awesome) but everyone at the office made me feel super comfortable and positive about getting orthodontics. We just moved to Austin. Both of my kids are already in braces so we needed to find someone local to continue their treatments. I was excited to see all the glowing reviews for Nantz Orthodontics and thought we had found our new orthodontist. I filled out the on-line contact form but hadn't heard back from anyone after a couple of days, so I decided to call the office. Unfortunately, we were told that they are not currently accepting "transfers" (people already in braces). Sure... they can make room for new patients, even though that requires considerably more time and energy on
