Here at Pure Smiles Orthodontics, we try to make your first visit a special one! As soon as you arrive at the practice you will be welcomed by our Treatment Coordinator who will be with you throughout your appointment. She will give you a tour around our beautiful practice where you may have the opportunity to meet some of our team members.
The cost of your orthodontic treatment may be different than others depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Dr. Silvana Gonzalez and her team will discuss treatment fees and your available payment plan options during your initial consultation. We understand that orthodontic treatment is an investment.
Creating a beautiful smile requires both a commitment from us and cooperation from you, our patient. Our Rewards Program was created as a way to recognize all of your hard work by awarding you with fantastic prizes as you progress through your orthodontic journey. During each appointment, punches will be awarded for outstanding cooperation.

If I could not give a star I would. Long story short my girlfriend quit a while back due to personal issues with the company. Me an innocent customer was put in the middle of this and all my appointments were canceled and I was told for reasons they couldn't help me when I asked the manager Jan why instead of being honest she continued to ignore the question. LEAVE personal issues out of business. And don't waste people's time. Since then I have taken my business elsewhere.

I was on vacation in Austin and lost my retainers. They got me in the morning I called for a 10 minute scan and I was able to pick up my retainers same day. I didn’t meet the orthodontist but the staff were very kind and helpful! The retainers were significantly more expensive ($575 for upper & lower) than all other local ortho offices that I called but they got me in same day so they got my business. Thank you for helping me in a pinch!

Wonderful staff at Pure Smiles. I had a dental emergency involving a permanent retainer that became loose after 15+ years. They were able to see me quickly and address my loose wire, removing the old adhesive, cleaning the area and applying a fresh bonding agent. If me or my family require any work that needs an orthodontist, Pure Smiles will be the first place I reach out to.

I absolutely love coming here. It is such a clean, organized place and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. G is super nice, knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to answer any question that I have. Dr Gonzalez and her team are excellent. From the moment you walk in until you leave, they treat you like a VIP. Her staff is very attentive and efficient. Dr. G. Is amazing! She has all the latest technology, and is very patient, thorough and kind! Her whole office is very accommodating and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They go above and beyond to make sure not only that you get amazing results, but also that you are able to retain those results. All the assistants are excellent, but Liz is simply amazing! She treats you like family and as a dental professional myself, that is important to me!

I took advantage of the free consultation offered here. Everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable. The Dr. is also very nice and walked me through my options for both Invisalign and braces. She was very patient with all my questions and explained everything in great detail. The facility is very clean and modern and seems to have the newest technology. After my consultation I decided to go for it and am very excited to see myself in 18 - 24 months.

I was at a point of not trying another Ortho Office after visiting 6 different ones and was told braces were not possible for my teeth; but while reading reviews on yelp I ran across Pure Smiles and was excited to see all the positive reviews so I said what the heck I'll give it a try.

LOVE this place! From the first time we did the consultation to the putting on of braces (which was yesterday) they were amazing. They just redid their payment structuring that made it so much easier to get braces on my daughter. My insurance paid $1000.00 and then I just needed to put $100.00 down and payments over 36 months. I love that the staff is puro latino and speak in espanol y ingles! My daughter from the start trusted them and they walked her through every step of putting her braces on. They give you a wonderful kit to have with wax, bracket cleaner, toothpaste, mouth wash and more! I

I had a "permanent" retainer come loose from behind my front teeth and called multiple orthodontists in the area. It was difficult to find someone that would rebond the retainer and even more difficult to find one with availability. Pure Smiles was the only office that was able to accommodate me during the same week, and they were upfront about their costs and time of procedure. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

Beautiful and clean facilities! The staff is top notch, but most importantly, friendly! I felt very welcomed and informed today. The best thing I can do for myself is get some self confidence, I got that today. Dr. Gonzalez is so sweet and informative as well as her staff. I felt amazing today after leaving. I have been going to pure smiles since it opened just a few years ago and they have made my experience with braces so amazing. I got my braces about 4 months after my 18th birthday, as if trying to figure out how to be an 18 year old isn't awkward enough, but coming into pure smiles and seeing everyone's friendly face made it so much easier. I did my research with multiple orthodonist before deciding where to get my braces from and I decided to go with Dr. Gonzalez because she was really maticulus when explaining the process and procedure. It's been 12 month since I had my braces and my teeth are looking great. Every time I go in for my appointments Dr. Gonzalez makes sure to explain whats the next step of my treatment and ensures that all my questions are answer. Dr. Gonzalez is GREAT! I went in with my 12 yr old not wanting to commit to anything & went out of there with the full treatment paid. Their staff is awesome & you really feel like they care.
She is great with kids/teens & knows what she's doing. It is really good to know there are still nice, friendly people that really CARE about their customers & make them feel so.
