Nothing has changed but the name and the owner! They still have the same good customer service. I had not been there since 2019 and was glade to see that April was still there. She was so patient and encouraging when I got my braces in 2018 . I would recommend Rose & Smile to anyone because of the people and service. If you’re looking for an Orthodontist, you should give them a try.

All the employees here are so nice and make me feel welcomed each visit. It’s always clean and waiting time isn’t so long. Love the location and Dr.Faulkner is so nice and explanatory. I was denied Invisalign treatment at a dentist office but Dr. Faulkner made a treatment plan for me and I’ve had mine in for 5 months now and definitely seen progress!

Dr. Mathue is amazing! My son loves to go to the orthodontist - literally loves going. The improvement Dr. Mathue has made during phase 1 of braces is off the charts. The staff is beyond wonderful, the location is amazing, everything about this orthodontist location is stellar. Rise and Smile has made the “braces” experience a happy and enjoyable one. My son can’t stop smiling!

My daughter has been a patient at Rise + Smile since it was Mia Orthodontics. I could not be more impressed with everything about this practice. My daughter started seeing an orthodontist at a young age because of a tongue thrust; I never felt like I was being pressured to do anything. Rather, I felt confident everything recommended was evidence based. (For example, we were able to skip a 'tongue cage' because of more conservative speech therapist/ortho recommend tongue training exercises. But the thing that made me know I made the right choice was when I had to cancel an appointment

We really like Dr. Mai and the staff here. Three years in we're about 3 months behind schedule, but all in all the plan seemed pretty accurate. All of the dental assistance have been excellent. There was a new one about a year ago who wasn't that great (they were rough and didn't seem to pay attention) and they weren't here long at all. We appreciate that the staff here seems very steady, friendly, and dedicated.

Dr. Mai is just fantastic. I completed my treatment with her five years ago. She is meticulous and explained the treatment to us very well. My mouth has been transformed - if you want to see how much, check out the before and after on her website. I recently broke my lower retainer and called her office in a panic. They got me in the next day. FYI - they explained to me that if the retainer is still attached it's much cheaper to fix, $40 vs $250 to make a new one. I don't mind the money at all; Dr. Mai gave me a brand new bite - prior I could only chew with 1/3 of my teeth. I know she

I'll admit, having braces isn't the funnest thing in the world but Dr. Mai and everyone there is very welcoming and wonderful all around. I'm currently in the process of my treatment and I've had braces for about two years. My mouth was a mess but Dr. Mai is very particular and worries about every single detail, assuring me that my smile will be perfect when I get them off. I love every appointment and find it so easy to make them. Signing in is very easy and the process is always short with every appointment. Hands down one of the best orthodontics office in Austin.

I'm so happy with the help I got at Mai Orthodontics. I was in the middle of moving out of town when my dog ate my retainer one morning (after I was foolish enough not to put it away properly). I didn't need ongoing care, but without a retainer I grind my teeth, and it's just not good. I searched Yelp for a local recommendation and found Mai Orthodontics. They got me in the next morning and the retainer was done that day. The technician who worked with me was friendly and Dr. Mai seemed great, though I didn't need to see her much. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Mai and her staff are just wonderful. The difference in my daughter's teeth is truly amazing. And the treatment plan is thoroughly explained to the parents.
My friends, who've done some shopping around, say that she's slightly more expensive than other orthos. But to me, it is money well spent.

Dr Mai and staff have been wonderful. I am a 28 year old professional and was interested in Invisalign, so my dentist referred me to Dr. Mai. My situation was complicated in that my teeth were already fairly straight due to many years of orthodontist work growing up, but due to a tongue thrust and 10 years of failing to wear my retainer I had developed a significant overbite. Our experience with Mai started with our son when he was 15, and he's now 21. Since then, the whole family got straightened out! 6 years, and a couple dollars later, and we have some of the nicest teeth in the neighborhood..
We interviewed two other orthodontists prior to Mai, but never looked back after visiting her office. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, they always level with you, and they always give you options. No surprises with this team!

Dr.Mai & staff are awesome! My first child finished her treatment in June and her smile is superb. Her bite, as well as alignment, were all wrong .Now they are perfect.
My second child started with her in July and has progressed quickly. Dr. Mai presents you with her treatment plan, its goals, time frame, and different options for payment plans. She also provides a before and after cd chronicling her treatment which really shows how much progress was made. I makes you really appreciate her work and the money spent. I'm sure my 3rd child will be sitting in her chair soon.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Mai for Invisalign. I was really pleased with my entire experience there. The staff is great and Dr. Mai was fantastic. Everyone was always so friendly, and I really appreciated that I was always in and out quickly since I usually had my appointments during lunch breaks from work. Her equipment is all very modern. I had friends doing Invisalign and their orthodontists didn't have the same technology that she uses. I just wanted to share my experience with anyone who is interested on having braces. I needed a bridgework done to my front teeth and I was recommeded to Dr. Mai. I had my braces on for 2 1/2 years and I am very excited. I never thought that I could afford my braces but Dr Mai provided easy payment plans.
Dr. Mai's crew is very helpful. Dr. Mai was excellent to me and very nice. I will recommed Dr. Mai always.

To yelp with joy see Dr. Mai. Braces are no fun but she can ease the pain. Professional with a beautiful office located in Oak Hill. The staff is excellent and the office is kept spotless. You will spend a lot of time just trying to make the appointments. Sara at the front desk does a great job directing the traffic. Five stars.Dr. Mai cares about her patients and it shows in the smiles.
