This venue is so cool! I doubted it from how far out from the city it was and the location generally seemed pretty suburban but the team here has done a great job cultivating an ecosystem. Literally. So many live plants are integrated into the bar/cabana/happy hour area. I was just here as a wedding party member and was treated respectfully by staff but generally left alone, which I appreciated. The site has many many level changes and lots of cool books and crannies. Best part? Alpaca add ons!

My sister recently got married to the love of her life at Madera Estates Venue. I myself am a wedding photographer so I micromanaged like crazy LOL. They were so professional and kind. The owners really listened and got to know you. Their in house cordinator was also amazing. She truly made Haley and Arturos day come to life. From the bar to the food to the structure of the day… everything was perfect.

Madera Estates was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. First of all, Ian was so accommodating throughout the pandemic. We had to postpone in 2020, and Ian made us feel comforted throughout that process, working with us to ensure we felt comfortable with our rescheduled date. This place is awesome in every way. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the decor is beautiful. The bride and groom each have their own suite the day of the wedding to get ready and hang out. Ian was awesome, Caitlin did a great job the day of our wedding and getting all the vendors in order. Everyone with Madera was first class!

Married here in April. Ian and Stacie were very courteous and professional and worked to ensure everything ran smoothly. The day started out with raging thunderstorms which cleared 2 hours before the event. Madera worked hard to clear away the water, set up the outdoor venue, all in time with no delays. The establishment is wonderful so any coordinator will help you have the wedding of your dreams. I am blessed enough to say I had the wedding of my dreams here. They take care of so much for you that I didn't even have to worry about anything the due of my wedding. Everything was taken care of and nothing went wrong. Their selected vendors are great. My wedding date is 8.22.15 and I am already BLOWN AWAY with how amazing this venue is. The service and the attention to detail is off the charts. We were looking at doing the wedding ourselves at a private property and were quickly overwhelmed and decided to look at venues. This was an easy sell and they worked so closely with us on everything!

I attended my good friends wedding there on Friday night and it was BEAUTIFUL! She had mentioned how nice the venue was but once I got there, I was blown away!
The whole venue is lit with string lights, candles and real wood burning fireplaces and fire pit.
There was a beautiful courtyard ceremony and then we had the whole 'hacienda' for the reception
All the vendors were helpful not to mention the management, coordinators and staff. It ran seamlessly and on time, if not ahead of schedule whole evening.
