As little as a few days or as long as one year, stay in our loft style apartments in Key Biscayne. We have many furnished and unfurnished units (1 and 2 bedrooms) available for you to move in immediately, for short term or long term stays. All rentals of One month to 6 months have 14% tax added. Relax in total comfort in these well-appointed rooms.
For only 25$ per day, you will receive: 1 Parking Spot, Wi-Fi, beach access and complimentary pool chairs and umbrellas at the pool. Yes, every guest is required to leave a refundable security deposit of $200 (if paying with card) or $500 cash. A $1000 refundable security deposit will be required for guests under 21 years old.

Don’t stay at Coral Reef. Our room was a mold infested mess. We had to leave because I was having a hard time breathing in a toxic room that made my throat hurt and eyes water for hours after checking out. This was the only hotel we have ever left immediately after arriving because it was so terrible. We are in the process of trying to get a refund, but it was so bad that losing our fee was a better option than staying a night there.

Front desk area was closed. Had to text to check in/out and response time was not quick. We had to buy our own toilet paper since we only had a small partial roll when we got there and couldn't reach anyone at the 'front desk'. Pool hours were until sundown, but they partied loud all throughout the night. Very noisy. Will NOT go back here again! Horrible service!

Do not stay here. Horrible customer service. I have been trying to contact them and they are unresponsive not only to myself but to Vrbo who is also advising they don't respond their messages. They are not available 24/7 as there communication states. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund for the last 4 weeks.

This was the worst place to stay ! The woman who is the owner/manager is so rude and completely unprofessional! The two bedroom apartment was old , dirty and depressing ! Nothing like the pictures ! Wi-Fi does not work ! Nothing is new and all the bathrooms need renovation !!! Balcony overlooks a parking lot ! No dressers in either room ! No space to put items from ur room ! The only thing that is good is the location! ! Do not stay here !!!!!!

Very surprised at the negative reviews of this spot, located on an extremely convenient, scenic, palm tree-lined street in Key Biscayne. Stayed in a two BR unit just above the private pool, which happened to be perfectly clean and convenient for an afternoon cool off/refresher. I sometimes think people look at stock photos and think they are stealing the deal of a century with Ritz-Carlton luxury at Motel 6 prices. If your expectations are reasonable, this condo will exceed them. Roomy, clean, with a small kitchenette that included pots, pans and dinnerware. Simple and quaint decor. No housekeeping
